After searching for ages online trying to find the best buy I found a couple of cheap websites however their feedback was very poor. I decided to go with ukcamerastore (even though they were about £15 more expensive) because of the good feedback.
Order went smoothly, although I wanted to change delivery address which was sorted easily with good communication, and product delivered quickly.
Also I was concerned about the product being a grey import as a lot of people seem to have received them from other websites, not from here. Very pleased.

Unfortunatly the color of Camera i wanted was out of stock however Richard called me asking if an alternate color would be acceptable or would i like to wait for a couple of Days.

I took the alternate color and 9:30 the next morning it arrived.

I had a query about the length of warrenty which was answered almost immediatly.

So all in all a very good customer service.

Ordered camera and accessories online Sunday afternoon. Contacted by Richard that night to say the colour of camera I wanted was not in stock (even though it was still listed on the website) and offered available alternatives. Delivered Tuesday afternoon. A recommended retailer. Would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the out of stock colour still showing available on their website.

ordered 5pm and recieved my camera next day, they offer first class service and respond to calls and emails , after being let down by digital camera company i would recommend the uk camera store

After being bitten elsewhere on the internet and finding ourselves out of pocket by over £300, when we decided to buy a new camera online we knew to be more careful. There are a few other websites selling our new TZ7 Lumix for £10 - £15 less than ukcamerstore.co.uk, also, they offer free P+P, so you're talking over £20 cheaper than ukcamerastore all-in. Excelent and friendly Service.
Had a nightmare of an attempted order(all my own doing).Ordered incorrect product colour & inputted credit card as means of payment instead of Debit Card (was having one of those days).Sent email asking for this to be changed. Response was quick and I phoned just to confirm details only for everything to be sorted within minutes. Product arrived next day to specifications. Briliant.

The speed of the responses to my questions before my purchase was very rapid. Then there was a problem with the transaction, but their staff were very quick to contact me to help me resolve the issue. I received the package the day after I made the purchase and I am very happy overall with the level of customer service that I received.

I ordered the Panasonic TZ7 4Gb battery bundle,and queried whether the battery was genuine Panasonic, Richard replied promptly and stated that the bundle was in fact a 3rd party unit which was chipped and was safe to use,he also offered a gen panasonic battery for an extra £10,Itook the latter offer.Total cost£279.99

Bought this camera on Saturday but I forgot to amend my delivery address. I emailed Richard and on Monday morning he replied first thing. He also asked for a security check to reduce fraud.

This site has definately reinstated online shopping safety for me.

Definately recommended if you are like me and are slightly nervous about making online purchases!!!!!! It was also the cheapest place I had found on the net!!!

Excellent company. The price of the package was the best available on-line. The web site was clearly laid out and the ordering system very user friendly. I ordered the product at 6.15PM on the Tuesday and the package arrived at 11AM on the Wednesday. There was a bank problem with my card and the customer service manager (Richard) phoned me up to inform me that the initial order I had placed had not gone through. purchased st550 bundle kit over internet late saturday afternoon after
reading reviews about the company. i had not spoken to anyone at the
company beforehand but gained confidence from the reviews.
I found the website well layed out and informative. prices were good.

Very quick delivery and exactly what I ordered. Very pleased.
I later thought that I had a problem with the SD card. Richard responded to my email very quickly to explain that 8GB cards require a high capacity card reader.Thanks for your help.

I was waiting for camera accesories over 3 MONTHS from the order! I for one will never use this company again. I have requested help many times and get told the same thing every time "The goods are out of stock and will follow". My advise to the consumer if you decide to use this company is, don't bother ordering the bundles, just get the main item only. The camera itself did arrive in perfect order and quickly.
