Ordered after checking reviews on this site - which had put me off alternative suppliers!

Got a very quick response to emails before purchase and eventually ordered at 4:45 p.m. for next day delivery.

Package, well packed arrived at 12 noon the following day by courier.

Item (top line flashgun) very competitively priced and the service beyond reproach.

Would happily recommend them.

i had already been let down on getting this lens from another company when i found the uk camera store. i contacted and immediately ordered by phone and althought i was concerned with delivery due to the royal mail strikes the lens arrived before lunch time the next day via a courier service. happy to recommend. :)

They said they would deliver my camera next day and they did. Ordered at 5:15pm delivered next day 2:45pm will buy from this company again.

The day after I ordered a Samsung ST550 bundled with 16gb and a "leather" case, I received a phone call saying that they had shipped the wrong memory card (even though I ordered them as a bundle), and if I returned it they would send the correct one. Since I was going away I needed it quickly so this wasn't any good for me. I tried to contact them but the phone went straight to voicemail. My voicemails and e-mails went unanswered. This camera was superb value for money. At other stores nearby it was £199 for the camera alone. I got camera, case, 4mb chip and batteries and charger. Superb service. Peter

Ordered the camera bundle 'on line' on Sunday evening - it was delivered on Tuesday morning after a change of delivery address advised by me by email on Monday morning. I was able to engage with Richard at the company directly by email to sort out the delivery address issue - despite them being an online retailer.

Can't ask for better service than that!

Purchase with absolute confidence. Extremely easy to contact by phone. Very helpful and willing to offer advice and help with technical problems. This company have a thorough knowledge of their products. From my two purchases I cannot think of any problems - it was all so easy, and I felt assured at all times. Great Company, sets the standards for others.

Decided to order from UK Camera Store just after their sales lines closed on monday so i placed an order online instead. received the camera at 11.15 on wednesday morning and am chuffed with the camera, case and memory card that all arrived perfectly packaged. have recommended UK Camera Store to friends and family and would definately agree with their competitive rating on this forum.

Problem started after delivery of the Lumix TZ7 which was a little later than expected. The camera turned up in perfect condition but the extra Panasonic battery I paid for was not with the delivery and they said it would be sent on. Days went by, I asked what was going on and they told me that the battery was on back order, and that I could pay another £5 for a Panasonic! The advert actually stated I would receive an original Panasonic spare. Since complaining about this false advertising ...

What a fantastic service I have received from UK Camera Store, from order right through to delivery. They advised me promptly that my original order was out of stock and offered a very suitable alternative. I requested that the delivery address was changed at 4.45pm, I received my camera at 9.04 the following morning at the alternative address given. I ordered a TZ7 Panasonic camera and spare battery from UK Camera Store. I tried to phone them first to check that they had a legitimate TZ7 battery in stock ( as everywhere else on the web seemed out of stock) but could not get through. I emailed them instead and got a very prompt reply with answers to all my questions. I ordered the camera and battery and it arrived quickly as promised - it was well packaged and all in order. I received excellent customer service from UK Camera Store . Delivery was lightning fast and the camera is excellent. Best price I could find online. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service & price from uk camera store. My initial worries, from reading the negative reviews of a few purchasers, were brushed aside when the camera arrived by 8.30 a.m. the day after ordering.
