  Good Points: Friendly front line staff

  Bad Points: See below

  General comments: Since the Abbey take over by the Spanish company, their approach seems totally different and unhelpful. Difficult back office staff with no mind of their own. Their approach flies in the face of their so called friendly adverts on TV. They provided me with misleading and incorrect advice and gave me the run around.
