Good Points: Use them - they are really good at their job.
Bad Points: The only bad point is how poor they make the normal estate agent appear.
General comments: Excellent customer centric service at Ferrino and Partners. Experienced staff. Truly pleasant experience - it is how a customer should be treated unlike most other estate agents. Their office is set up like a lounge with excellent choice of biscuits and teas - just says how focussed they are on the customer. Very good details, lots of excellent pictures to ensure you have a feel of the property before you visit. Accompanied viewings. They know not only their properties very well, but also are very helpful with info on the area, schools, shops, culture etc. They are people who really helped me decide to buy - and I did buy from them. If ever I move I would use them to sell my house.

Ferrino and Partners are local estate agents, so they know the Forest of Dean area well. Unfortunately, they rely on a web site to attract most of their viewings and do very little to drum up interest.
Poor marketing!
