    I have ordered fridge freezer about 2 Months ago and still waiting for! Anyway when dispatched yesterday I was charged two times for the same item on tow different cards! First provided one, but after one and a half months waiting I have changed to another! Extremely useless staff (customer service), promised to receive call from management, never happened! AVOIDE this company.

    this company are ok when the goods are ok i bought a fridge and a freezer which was faulty and needed replacing,this is where your problems start i have been forwarded to, buy it direct, then responce services,then aeg customer services,then aeg distrobution, not finished yet, dbd logistics and then back to buy it direct and i still have no freezer,then they offered to pick up the freezer but not return my money until 7 days after they get the freezer back. so at this point i will have no free ...

    After a good delivery service, I found parts missing. After contacting customer services, was told that the parts will be sent to me within 2 weeks. After a month I asked them to strip the missing parts of another oven and send them to me. When I received them one was broken. I am still waiting for the part to be delivered, 2 months after receiving the Oven. Customer services don't ring you back when they say they will.     The Appliances Direct is the worst online company Ihad to deal with. I have ordered a Neff gas hob over the phone on 26/08/09, and promised to be delivered within 4 working days. The delivery was 2 days earlier than expected, but wrong item was delivered. It took them 4 working days to collect the wrong hob and I was promised that the right one will be delivered two days after.     Sorry this is long winded but worth a read.

    Appliances direct are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and that is saying something! I ordered a Baumatic tumble dryer, Samsung American fridge freezer, Baumatic cooker hood and integrated Bosch washing machine all totalling around £1600 however the entire order was riddled with mistakes.     I would strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with appliance direct. They definitely sell products at slightly cheaper prices than elsewhere. However their level of customer service is extremely poor if anything goes wrong. My order was delivered late and wrongly. When I called customer services I was put on hold for 47 minutes only to be ignore when I finally got through. My issue was that their website is inaccurate which lead me to order the wrong product.     What excellent service.

    From placing my order for a new cooker to delivery the service I recieved from Appliance-Direct was outstanding. Their website is easy to use and simple to navigate around.

    Constant email updates and a prompt delivery. There was a three week delay, but I was offered a replacement cooker, and my money was not taken from my bank account until they confirmed the delivery date.

    I have save a fair amount of money (160.00) compared to high street company's.

    Website has a vast selection of goods at better than average prices. They promise delivery in 5/10 days. Ordered 2 grands worth of appliances 16 days ago and so far it seems I have not received a peep out of them. I was intending to order a further 3 grands worth of ovens/warming drawers because of their keen pricing but I've gone off the idea. Service is abysmal.

    You get what you pay for in my opinion. I'm happy with the appliance, but I don't think I'd be confident to buy again. After I'd ordered I found out they used to trade under a different name - so then i panicked until i took delivery. Calling customer services wasn't very helpful and when the item was delivered, the delivery guy just looked like he wanted to chuck it in and rush off to his next drop.

    I bought a ceramic hob worth of 499 Pounds as i had to rush to get that in time. This company had only last piece and agreed to send in 3-4 days. i was getting cheaper somewhere else 25 Pounds less but delivery was 10 days.

    I received the item after 6 days with a damage in the edge. I called them and said i would like return this but the sale person said if this can be managed they will refund me 35 pounds. I had to call the engineer who installed it and told that if this damage can be managea ...

    Fantastic website. I searched the web and could not find the video I wanted (a Panasonic NVHV61ES) cheaper. Two colours were available: black or silver. Everywhere else sold the silver one at a higher price than the black but Appliance Direct allowed me to choose silver and have it at the same price as the black!
