    I have placed 5 orders with ApplianceZone totalling over $200 and each order went great. They always have the best prices and the live chat reps are great at helping me find the correct parts. I always choose $4.95 economy shipping and have always received my order within 3 days (once I actually got it the next day!)Don't think I will ever by parts anywhere else again. Highly recommended. A+++

    My son's Birthday was right around the corner, less than 4 days away and my stove Broke! Apparently I needed a new stove element to make the durn thing work again. So, I went to appliancezone, hopped on their live chat and the lady helped me find the right part. She even helped me look for my model number on the door of my stove. I ordered the part and had it the morning of my son's Birthday. They really came through for me in the biggest way. Thank you ApplianceZone.com...You all are awesome!

    I was looking for some drip pans for the stove in my apartment. Appliance Zone offered these @ $30 less than any other store I could find online and then I got my order the next day! I am very satisfied with the whole experience and will use again :) You guys rock!

    Their customer service is the worst we've ever experienced. Once The Appliance Zone get your money, you will never get hear from them again.

    Absolutely no customer service. BUYER BEWARE. I was shipped the wrong product but couldn't return it until I sent them a picture. I am a film buff. I don't even own a digital camera. This didn't seem to matter to Appliance Zone. They will not use phones or even have a number that can be called. They have live chat but then dump you to customer service which only uses email. I spent 2 hours trying to get answers and an authorization to return my part with no joy. I ended up letting them keep my m ...

    Appliance Zone tells me my order went backorder and but doesn't know when it will arrive I have the right to cancel my order. But it seems that you have to petition for a cancellation of an order, they have the right to refuse to cancel your order even if they tell you its backordered. It was sub 0 weather outside and I need this valve by Friday the week of Jan 13 2009 in Chicago. So all they have to do is say it is in stock and you have to accept their word the next day even if they told you it ...

    I paid for upgraded shipping and did not receive my order in the time frame it was promised. After spending 3 hours on the phone with this company only to find out it hadn't been shipped, I was told I wouldn't receive a refund for 2-3 weeks. Now I had to buy a part in town so I would be out both amounts through the holidays. I know personally it takes only a business day to process a refund through a POS system.     I find it ironic that they boast about a low price guarantee and claim they will match any any advertised price, when in my case they didn't even honor the pricing on their own website. It was only 2 days ago that I placed an order for a front burner replacement for my range...I thought everything was great until I got an e-mail telling me their website had the wrong price listed and that they would have to cancel my order unless I paid almost 50% more than the price that I was invoiced and cred ...
