    Good Points: Half price cooker hoods and splashbacks.


    General comments: Didn't have my goods in stock and did not reply to my messages. Also took ages for them to answer the phone whenever I phoned. 3 minutes, then another 3, etc.

    Ordered cooker hood and splashback. Not in stock now waiting for a refund AND my kitchen to be finished!

    Buy from them if you want a lot of hassle and don't need the goods quickly.

    I placed an order with Trade Appliances for an item that wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for at least a month.It is now the 16th working day, and I am waiting to get my money back.I have tried to contact them several times.I have been told today it has been processed by them, but it will take the bank yet another 3 - 5 working days!!

    Trade Appliances delivered when they said they would. I got a courtesy call when the driver and helper were an hour away. Happy with signing as "unchecked". No problems.

    I had read bad reviews, but thought everyone that leaves a review usually leaves a bad one. Nobody seems to go to the effort to write a review based on a good experience - hence my review. I'm happy I spent £1700 of my hard earned cash with Trade Appliances. I got cheaper appliances, delivered when they said they would ...

    I ordered a Miele dishwasher on 4th March from stock, with a promise of delivery within 10 days. After numerous excuses as to why they couldn't deliver the dishwasher, Trade Appliances agreed to a refund on 30th April. On 10th May, we have still not received a refund on our credit card. I chased again, and I was told the refunds department was busy, they couldn't refund to a credit card and they would send a cheque in the post.
    Now claiming through the Credit card company.

    What a shower! ...
