Good Points: An employee at Smithhaven long island store went beyond my expectations to solve a problem I had with a return. She is definitely an asset to the company.
General comments: I had a handbag to return and the Smithhaven store did not carry this designer and did not offer to get information from another Macys store. This employee handled the matter to my satisfaction and I was very grateful.

I went to Macys in Indian River Mall. I went to three competitors before arriving at Macy's. I needed to outfit four of my employees for our upcoming season. All I needed was 4 belts, 4 pairs of dress shoes and 20 white button down shirts. None of your competitors could manage this so I ended up at Macys where your sales associate, Charlotte, met us with a smile and went to work measuring the guys and matching belts with shoes. She found all the sizes we needed in shirts and rung up a sale of $1 ...
