    I have made 7 months of payments in full to Vodaphone. In total this is £267.75. The cool new mobile site claimed the phone would cost me nothing all I had to do was redeem my vouchers. I did everything they said and I got nothing as a consequence i cancelled my direct debit.
    Vodaphone are now trying to get me to pay the rest of the money i owe them.

    I took out a contract with cool new mobiles in June. I sent my first cash back claim form just several weeks ago but not going to get any thing back. My net work is with Vodafone so I rang them they reduced my monthly payments from £35.00 to £17.50 half the price with the same minutes and texts. I recommend people who are in the same situation to contact there network.

    I was waiting for my cashback since sent the claim.

    I was told EVERYthing is OK...a cheque is coming...coming...

    Until... the limited company... gone...virtually disappeared.

    a message from "their" website reads:

    These companies were placed into administration on Wednesday 14 November.
    ...initial investigations show that these liabilities may be between £4-10 million...

    Bye bye ... company limited..

    THEY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING THEY CLAIMED EVEN WHEN EVERYTHING IS SENT IN ORDER AND CONFIRMED OK BY THEM. THEY CLAIMED CHEQUE IN THE POST SINCE 26 SEPTEMBER 2007! HAVE NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE! WHEN I CHASED FOR THE MONEY, THEY SENT ME A LETTER THAT SAID CLAIM NO INVALID!
    DO NOT ONLY NOT DEAL WITH THEM BUT TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND EVERYONE ABOUT THEM!.
    REVIEW CENTRE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWING THEM TO HAVE A SPONSORED LINK!!!

    Many customers including me have been cheated by Cool New Mobiles/Mobiles Affiliates with their cash back deals. Even when you send them the correct cash back forms and documents and they have confirmed that all is in order and their check is in the post. IT IS A LIE!!!! THEY DO NOT PAY ANY CASH BACK CLAIMS! IT IS A HOAX! I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT! D

    Please do not give yourself the same grief and headache I got by having anything at all to do with coolnewmobiles.
    I'm very dissatisfied and angry that they have disallowed my claim (1st one). This was through no fault of my own. It was totally down to the wrong advice given out by their staff. But of course they deny this and i have no way of proving it.
    I will never be using them or recomending them to anyone.

    I had sent my cashback form to them, but I didn't know that i need to post with post tracking ...they lost my bill and said the post hadn't arrived...and the whole plan is canceled...because of this i Lost £300.00...the whole cash back plan was invalid....I just wonder how many people are same as me.

    My advice is don't deal with them. Don't let them off. I didn't see any cash back. Early claim: £10 charge. Late claim, Claim form not filled in correctly. Pages missing off my bills.

    Please, please do not get involved with coolnewmobiles (mobile affiliates) the deal sounds good but they find every excuse in the book to not pay you cashback.

    Be very very careful. Give them a miss and maybe try dial a phone or similar company

    I got only one cashback from Cool New Mobile. I did not get the remaining 4 cashbacks. They tell me that they did not receive the 2nd page of the bill. I am 100% sure I sent it. I am now going to go to consumer direct.

    I also deal with a different company and have had no problems - they email me quickly informing me that the BACS payment has been paid. You don't get 100% of your contract back but wish I had both of our phones from them instead of Cool New Mobile. I just feel bitter and would not recommend them to anyone. In the end no-one wins.

    Like similar online shops I can only see them making money when customers fail to meet their (stringent) rules on cashback claims. My advice is to read carefully the requirements and send everything by registered post keeping an identical copy yourself. Be prepared to wait a long time for your cheques and send copies should they take too long. Note that they are impossible to contact by email so be prepared to write.     Please do not buy anything from cool new mobile.
    I joined T-Mobile through them I never got any cash back despite sending all the bills on time with recorded delivery but still they refused.

    I am nearing the end of my 12 month contract with Cool New Mobile. I have had no trouble whatsoever, apart from waiting a good long time for my cheques (6 - 8 weeks), BUT they came eventually.

    MY ADVICE: Read the contract carefully, send your bills and claim form by RECORDED DELIVERY, and take photocopies of everything you send. You should be fine. I have been.

    problems with cashback, not receiving, then they claim they did not receive my claim so no cash back will be paid.
    what a nightmare to deal with, would recommend you stay away from them.

    Offering a cash back deal - but no cash back! Repeated lies from customer services that the cheque is in the post - buy a phone from them at your peril! Would recommend avoiding them like the plague!

    On 11th, I was sent them all relevant bills and claim form as previous. But, they said that I had not sent them enough papers for cash back claim and they didn't bother to mentioned what paper was missing. Actually, I sent them all relevant papers for them in same envelope. It is super doubt?
