    Good Points: Cashback is honoured!


    Bad Points: Slow to respond to queries.


    General comments: Got a Samsung D600 last year from One Stop Phone Shop and have received each of the three cashback offers. Wife had D500 on similar offer in previous year - no problems there either. Cashback doesn't necessarily arrive within 28 days but cheques are sent eventually. Make sure you send your bills by registered post though.

    I have now had three phones from One Stop Phone Shop. There were some teething problems - one of the phones wasn't quite the right colour as advertised (not important to me) and was initially on the wrong network - but they sorted this out fairly quickly. I have never had a problem with money back - have always sent by registered post just in case.

    Anyone with a business should not risk the potential loss of existing numbers. Do not choose One Stop Phone Shop, as they promise to arrange porting, new phones, Sim and cash back, but it went very wrong for me. I lost business, time and money. Go direct to any provider, not through an agent.
