Good Points: None
General comments: Mobileshop.com has awful customer services and worse cashback system I have experinced. Payment due in 2 months but I have been waiting 4 months and they still can't tell me when I will get my money back. I am concerned that they may go bust like so many other companies before I get my money. I will never buy from them again.

Mobile Shop are supposed to pay each claim within 60 days: I had to wait for over 8 months! They only co-operated after I sent them a letter that had been worded for me by Trading Standards.

Mobileshop is far superior to One Stop Phone Shop and Carphone Warehouse. I have used both these 2, and the service was rubbish.

I am now on my 4th mobile phone contract through Mobileshop.com. The first contract I had no problems with, so was happy to go back to Mobileshop the following year. So late 2004 I found the new deal that I wanted, unfortunately I had to place the order by phone, due to a problem with their web site at that time. I purchased a mobile phone contract through the Mobile Shop and there was a mistake with the contract they placed me on. I called customer service to explain what had happened and told them I had never received an email confirming what had been ordered etc. They told me the only way to rectify the problem was to disconnect the phone then reconnect on a different plan.
