    Ordered a phone from Mobiles.co.uk for the second time this year and was delighted by a flawless procedure and quick delivery. Will defenitely buy again

    I ordered my Hero phone and chose my free gift, an xbox 360 from mobiles.co.uk. I choose the Orange Dolphin 40 tariff and received a further £10 discount.

    The phone arrived 2 days later as promised with a years free insurance as well. It's worth remembering that the next day delivery is actually 2 days if you order after 4pm, as the phone will not be dispatched until the day following your order.

    diabolical customer service. waited over a week for the phone from Mobiles.co.uk, no customer calls regardless of endless emails to them. When the letter from o2 arrived welcoming me it had the wrong tariff on it. I cancelled the contract and phone before i even received the phone.

    Definitely would not recommend buying a phone from this company - they advertise half price line rental then haven't honoured my agreement. In addition, the camera on my phone has also broken after only a few months use.

    Following many other Reviews - the first cashback did arrive in our Bank Account but the second did not. When we checked they informed us that, yes, our letter did arrive but that one of the pages of our Bill did not. Originals were sent and when we wrote to enclose copies of our copies we were informed that we were out of time and our claim was rejected.

    My initial deal with Mobiles.co.uk seemed fine with half price line rental for a year. I was sent a replacement phone when my phone broke of it's own accord.

    You actually pay full price line rental up front and have to claim back the half price by sending through your 6 month, 9 month and then 12 month bills within 30 days. Yes, all at your own inconvenience which I'm sure is what they rely on knowing some people forget or find it a hassle.

    I placed an order with Mobiles.co.uk and they could not be bothered to even send my order out to me, even though they say next day delivery. Pathetic. (Mphone and mobiles.co.uk are the same company).
