    this companey is rip off thay took £60 pound of me when i took cover out and i canceld it with in 14 days and still triying 2 get me 2 pay more mun

    i found this company on compare the market .com the service from all the staff was excelent the quote given was very good so i took out the policy i will certainly tell my family and freinds for there future needs...i found all my questions were answered regarding the policy...honestly cant find any bad with this company ...very freindly ...hope price ! stays about same for next year ...thanks.

    hi have not insured with your company as of yest but will be 27.11.09 this will be attributed to 1 man that man is ollie in the outbound sale department, called me early on saturday i'm not usually receptive to these types of calls, but due to ollies upbeat and positive nature he totally changed my attitude towards this as he highlighted the benefits of the policy answered all my questions and gave me a decnt price certainy 15 minutes of my saturday well spent ollie is a credit to your company

    Having done an on-line search through tescocompare.com, this was not only the cheapest quote, but also the best overall value quote. Even after adding £20.00 for extended legal cover, the final quote beat my previous insurers by £200.00!
    As the transaction was done on the phone today, I haven't yet received the paperwork, but don't expect any problems when it arrives.

    I ordered this online through a comparison site as it was about 40 quid cheaper than the others. When speaking to my current insurance they wanted to keep me so gave me a better deal than initially, which would save me the hassle of having to change the insurance. I then called Sureterm direct to cancel the policy - within 24 hours. They charge me £40 even though it is within the 14-day cool off period. Apparently it's because they are brokers and that's how they make money 'no-one work ...

    Sureterm direct were only interested in taking my money. After that - they didnt want to know me. I took out the policy nearly 5 months ago & they still havent bothered to send me my insurance certificate so i feel like im paying for nothing & wonder if i am actually insured. They charged me £50 for a change of address. The insurance isnt even through them, its through a company called 'Lloyds at Summit' which I guess is why they couldnt care less about delivering any customer service. Ive ...

    I've been with this company for 2 months and still trying to get the correct paper work !

    Countless phone calls and letters.

    Going to give it another week then cancel and claim my money back via the county court.

    NEVER AGAIN

    Got a quote on a Classic MG and was quoted £82 :) Brilliant service and suggest anyone with a real classic car to call Sureterm. Very chuffed!

    addition to previous comment. Finally got a quote, having been asked on the phone every question already answered online -"in case I had made a mistake". Took for ever, finally quoted £653 for a Cavalier worth less than £1500 - this for a 54 year old with no claims Third party fire and theft. This is only a runaround to keep the mileage down on my Jag XF.

    Some of the fields are redundant as i never got as far as obtaining cover. Briefly --Completed online form for classic car quote, was called back, they hung up or lost connection, never had courtesy to call me back. Called them back, they could not even retrieve my online details, asked me to go through the whole laborious process all over again. terminated call.     Great customer service along with the best price!!! No long waits on the phone and always told what is happening during the process( no long silent moments or put onto music for 10 mins) GREAT

    I can report that I had my claim settled on my classic VW Camper today after some lowlife stole it. Sureterm were BRILLIANT. Good communication and always available for me. Very good.

    Like other negative reviews on here endless silly paperwork and wishy washy terms and conditions making it very expensive to change a vehicle. Hours of calls trying to raise customer services in order to change a vehicle...no joy...no call back...opened complaint with ombudsman. No matter how cheap they are its NOT WORTH IT...THEY ARE AWFUL AND I HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO CLAIM EVER

    saved around £200 with sureterm direct.
    a great saving in these hard times.
