    I can report that I had my claim settled on my classic VW Camper today after some lowlife stole it. Sureterm were BRILLIANT. Good communication and always available for me. Very good.

    Like other negative reviews on here endless silly paperwork and wishy washy terms and conditions making it very expensive to change a vehicle. Hours of calls trying to raise customer services in order to change a vehicle...no joy...no call back...opened complaint with ombudsman. No matter how cheap they are its NOT WORTH IT...THEY ARE AWFUL AND I HAVENT EVEN TRIED TO CLAIM EVER

    a great saving in these hard times.

    All staff I have spoken to have been extremely helpful.I was given lots of information regarding my insurance and was directed to a Website to review and print off my policy. Fantastic service.

    A fantastic level of customer service was provided by Ms Leah Granger.
    We had not had such an experience with the other insurers that we contacted.We will definitely renew with your company next year!!

    I havent YET taken out my policy with sureterm direct, although due to them quoting me £250 less than any other company its my only option really.

    When i did the quote online last week i told the salesman i had no money at present to pay the deposit, he said if i didnt get the money today i wouldnt get that discounted price so i said ok forget it ill call back when i get paid, he then went on to say he would put it on hold for 24 hours and ring me back. Anyway the next day something came ...

    I took out insurance with Sureterm Direct Car Insurance thinking I had a great deal. The money they said on the phone is not what I am now paying. It's more! Also, I still have not received my insurance certificate. I have filled out all the paper work and believe me there is a lot of paper work. They sent me a cover note which expiries before my car tax is due. They said they will send me another cover note shortly. In the mean time my car will have to be parked up.

    All was fine until I tried to cancel my policy due to changing car. Sureterm wanted to TREBLE my annual premium to nearly £1800 (change from a Land Rover to an Audi Estate), so I got a quote elsewhere.
    I had to phone, email and then send a letter in the post to get my policy cancelled - a process that took 1 month after I sold my car, and I ended up having to pay the entire year's premium anyway but didn't receive an additional year's No-Claims Discount.

    Sureterm Direct Car Insurance are just superb. I cannot fault these people as they have been just brilliant today - I had my Morris 8 driven into today by a total moron and it has been such a long day dealing with the police and making sure my wife was ok as we suffered with a hell of a shock.

    I phoned Sureterm (I've only been with them a few months and my last insurer was awful at dealing with a previous claim we had) and they were patient with me and have sorted everything.

    By far the cheapest quote through comparethemarket.com. Everything was done online and seemed fairly straighforward. HOWEVER - When changes needed to be made to the policy the Sureterm Direct Car Insurance customer service was very poor. It took forever for the phone to be answered, and that was only by a receptionist who just took details for a callback. The callback took 24 hours

    Sureterm Direct Car Insurance staff were friendly and knew their stuff. I spoke with other insurance providers but Sureterm was able to find me cover at a good price. Very happy with them.

    My Land Rover was up for renewal and my previous insurer quoted me £230 where Sureterm quote me £180! They were quick and easy to deal with, staff were polite and they seem to understand what I needed. My papers arrived in the post the next day, very impressed with the speed of the service. Would recommend them!

    Changed to Sureterm a few years ago after my previous insurer raised their premium! Found their staff to be helpful and professional and they're based in the UK! (which is always a nice bonus!)

    I've had many insurers during my driving history, however and I would rate Sureterm as being one of the best.
