    Good Points: Healthy. Not too expensive.

    Bad Points: Bit boring.

    General comments: If you are feeling health conscious, this is the cereal for you. It does fill you up and stops the hunger pangs during the day, but it is a bit boring so don't expect a taste bud explosion.
