    Good Points: Great when you want to feel sa though you are being healthy.


    Bad Points: None, though without sugar can be a bit dull, and adding sugar kind of defeats the object!


    General comments: I like Bran Flakes every now and again, they are great with cold milk as they stay really crunchy but are also nice with hot milk on a cold winters day.
    By starting the day with Bran Flakes, you feel as though you have added something healthy to you body - which is good! However they can be a bit plain and are better with sugar, however this does defeat the object slightly!
