Its a good morning breakfast. Its healthy, nutritional and tasty. You don't need to add sugar to it.. Sometimes you can have it without milk to, just like having some snakes.

I must have eaten Special K every day for well over 10years,I even manage to find some in Italy a couple of years back.it was hard over sweetened and had a coating of sugary crusting which made it unpalatable in texture and flavour.i remember thinking this must be the continental recipe and they can keep it!!unfortunately within a few months the "new"recipe was launched here too.the new formulation seems inconsistent with flakes thicker harder and more heavily coated sometimes(watch your fillings!!)and thinner and less unpleasant at others.at the moment I'm still risking dental trauma whilst looking at other brands.so far aldi benefit flakes are winning.they are much more like the old recipe and lots cheaper.kellogs .....if I wanted frosties I'd buy frosties.

Special K is a nice cereal, but it can be a bit hard and so hurts your teeth sometimes.
Other than that though, I do like Special K and you don't have to add sugar for it to taste good.

I feel like I'm at the beach when I eat special k. That why I don't eat at the beach,I hate food with sand in it. Kellogg's would you please take your head out of the sand and do something about it.
