    Good Points: Blank canvas for various flavoringsCheap

    General comments: I was on one of my very frequent midnight snack sessions, and when I was looking through the cupboard I saw it, a Beef & Tomato flavor pot noodle from ASDA. I aren't no expert, but own-brand products usually are slightly lower quality than branded ones, but in the past this never bothered me. I peeled back the lid and inside was what looked like really nice pot noodle. "Great" I thought, until I'd finished making it. I took a forkful of the noodles and eaten them. Only one word describes them - BLAND. There's virtually no flavor what so ever, and the only way I could achieve a flavor was by chucking an OXO cube and some Soy sauce in the pot. These two ingredients made the pot noodle taste like it was meant to. Overall I'd recommend Supa Noodles, they're great and only about 50p a packet - so it's not too dear!
