“old planes poorly maintained cause many delays and cancels”

I have the misfortune of living in Palm Springs where they maintain their creaking fleet of airplanes. These planes are a constant source of delays and cancelations due to "circumstances beyond our control" even though the planes have been there all night in the hangars. The airline also constantly misinforms passengers- it will be 5 minutes, it will be 15 minutes- then 2 hours later they cancel after stringing you along. Perhaps half of the flights I am forced to take with this airline... (read more)

“Very nice Flight Attendants. Not old and crabby like...”

Very nice Flight Attendants. Not old and crabby like all the other airlines, but very nice! They were both very nice during the flight and offered drinks at various times. My grandfather flying with me had trouble getting to the airplane and without asking the flight attendant made sure one was waiting for us in Huntsville. They even made sure that we sat together. United Airlines/Skywest: We flew from Tucson to San Francisco and back on what was booked as a "non-stop" flight on United Airlines. It was not United, but Skywest Airlines, a regional airline of inferior quality. It was the worst flight I've ever experienced. Although we reserved and paid for the flight months in advance, it was canceled when we arrived at the airport. “This is the worst ariline i have ever dealt with in my...”

This is the worst ariline i have ever dealt with in my life. I would Drive 800 miles before even taking a free flight from such a poorly run airline. I got on my flight with a drink from the bar outside of the gate. I was not told i could not have it on the flight when i sat down a flight attendant came up took my drink out of my hand where she put her nose in it and then told me to get off the flight no warning Nothing! I missed an engagement party becuase of this and then my flight... (read more)

SkyWest Airlines fly rig and mine workers to the north and changed flight. We were notified that we would fly from Exmouth at 6.30 and the flight left at 3.15
As stated we never received an electronic confirmation had to rely on telephone only. (read more)
