    DUTCH GIRL - I flew for the first time with Asiana on this trip, I visit my family in Australia every year and have used most other airlines. Asiana puts everybody else to shame!! I am disabled and need assistance, they were FANTASTIC!! I can't praise them enough, the flight atendants are very helpful and cheerful. The food was fine, like most airline food!Stop over in Seoul is no problem either. The only negative remark I will make is the check-in at Heathrow which is/was carried out by BMI staff - not a smile, nor a friendly word! Once that was behind me: 110% praise for everything Asiana did! have just booked with them again (via DialAFlight who are also fantastic) for myself and my husband rather than using frequent flyer airmiles with Virgin....I think that says it all!! Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised!
    . Asiana confirmed wheelchair assistance about 10 minutes after I had booked!

    Asiana Airlines crew was very friendly, food was good, on time, nothing to complain about.

    Have traveled Asiana Airlines to Australia from Dalian via Seoul twice and I have found nothing to complain about. Though there was a 7 hour wait in Seoul we paid a fee to use Asian Business class lounge and the time passed pleasantly enough. The Korean food is good, western not so much. The staff were friendly and helpful. Refreshments eg water etc were always available. The loos were kept very clean throughout the flight. Of course it's cramped in economy but what airlline isn't.     I flew with Asiana Airlines from Tokyo to Seoul and then from Seoul to Frankfurt. I was especially impressed by the food. It was mostly Korean, and quite authentic. It even came with explanations of the ingredients and how to eat it. Half-way through the flight we were give hot, moist towels to refresh ourselves, and there was plenty of water and other drinks in between meals.     I have just travelled with Asiana to Sydney via Soel: I was very impressed with the service in which I received throughout the flight. The staff are very polite, respectfull and on hand to deal with all.. complimentary drinks on tap during the flight.

    I was lucky to enough to have been upgraded to Business class from Sydney to Soel and was bowled over by the service, food and seat pitch.
