Good Points: None
Bad Points: Rude. Unhelpful. debited my account for nothing.
General comments: Tried to book a flight through their flights direct website. The transaction didn't process properly. I called Barrhead Travel to enquire what had happened and they assured me the money would not be debited from my account but they have debited £64 from my credit card account for nothing.

I was booked to go to Pattaya (Thailand) last month (November) but because of the Closer of Bangkok Airport due to the airport being closed, I was called from someone at Barrheard travel to inform me that my holiday will need to be cancelled ( 2 days before I was due to travel). They offered me to wait till a later date to take the holiday, I explained because of my employment commitments I could not select alternative dates. I was then informed that I would then receive a full refund ( £3 ...

Me and my boyfriend went to Turkey for 2 weeks it was our first holiday away together. The hotel was a shambles we where left on the street had to make our own way to the hotel. We were not told this in the travel agents. We also had to buy our breakfast everyday as they had cheese and vegetables for breakfast now (I come from scotland) I would never travel with Barhead I wouldn't advise anyone else not to. In my experience, not interested in the customers just the money.

Advertised holiday to Canada was changed without consultation. Under Package Tour Regulations I am entitled to a full refund. Barrhead Travel has ignored six weeks correspondence. I will never book with this company or it's associated companies again.

Failed to supply holiday booked and now that they have our money refuse to discuss a refund. Failed to follow ABTA guidelines and respond to us within 28 days. Because of Barrhead Travel we have had no holiday.

Listened to what we wanted and arranged everything within our budget. Great Customer Service and we were kept updated on any developments. We were brought in 2 weeks before our Holiday to go through our Itinerary as we were Long Haul. We were really impressed at how much they had to offer including extras not just holidays/cruises.
