04/04/2013 Using the service from Gatwick for the first time. I arrived earlier to the airport and checked on the website where to go. Stop 10.. Easy enough I thought. It started snowing but I waited. The previous bus arrived and picked up the passengers. It had 3 vacant seats. The driver goes away leaving me and an Italian couple waiting in the snow. I had three experiences with Easy Bus - all of them ended very bad and caused a lot of stress and anger. The buses i was supposed to take were all 40 to 50 minutes late. The service number that is written on their page does not exist! Another interesting thing: the bus drivers said it was bad traffic and that was the reason for the delays. This service is cheap, but useless. I used it twice and I had to wait 45 minutes both times to the bus show up. I nearly missed my flight because of the delay and I ruined one of the days I had planned in London. The driver neglected the delay and my complaints. The only thing that worked was the estimated journey time. But I will never use this service again. It is unacceptable. (read more)

We booked the Easybus from Gatwich Airport to West Brompton on 28/12/12, supposed to arrive at 18.10. We embarked on an Easybus 1 ½ hour later. It was not our bus – our bus never arrived. We were there waiting for such a long time along with many more passengers waiting for their own Easybus. At least two more bus services, prior ours, never showed up. I decided to use easybus as it was going very close to where i was staying in earls court. I really should have researched them a lot before using the service. Two buses left at my designated time full with a stupid rude of a driver in one of them who nearly got into a fight with a family. I then had to wait an hour and a half during which time 4 buses came only dropping people off. We stayed in Earl's Court to catch EasyBus to Gatwick for our Christmas trip to Lapland - fantastic service. Booked for 04:00 and it showed up and delivered us to the South Terminal, no problems. But when we came back on December 28 the return service from South Terminal was non-existent. We were booked and had pre-paid for a 16:20 pick up to return to Earl's Court. It would have been nice to have had a bus driver to complain to like some of the other peoples experiences. Be warned......not enough tickets sold and no bus will appear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried to get on an easybus with a cup of coffee and the bus driver would not let me get on. Drank it as quickly as I could and tried to get on again. That was when the bus driver berated me about thinking that I thought I was better than others I asked him waht his problem was and he swore at me. I prebooked my easybus ticket in the hotel before leaving and when I arrived in Gatwick, first it was difficult to find the easy bus stop because there were no signs once you were leaving the doors of the airport and to the right and left there was construction going on. When the bus came, the driver said that I have no ticket even though I was showing him the screen of my iphone to prove I had. Easyjet buses may advertise as cheap but if you're catching one from the airport it'll still cost you £9 and watch out, our driver was the ultimate jerk of the world, stopping passengers from boarding until he chose who he would like to let on, despite having earlier tickets, being incredibly rude to people asking to buy tickets and generally being totalyl arrogant and un-necessarily aggressive towards customers. I booked easybus ride for 2 adults and 4 children in April 2011 at their website for a trip from Luton Airport to London Victoria Station on the 9th. of July 2011. The cost was 44.94 British Pounds. We were travelling from Paris to Luton with easyjet. Departure time for flight was published as 8:50 but there was a delay and the real departure time was 10:10. Unfortunately turned up late, due to TFL delays. Initially was not allowed to board the coach after the one I was booked on, then the driver said if I purchased a ticket for full price I could board. Dont use their services.If you book a ticket you will have the surprise of you life when you will be there in time but their buses wont come for hours.I almost missed my flight because of them after i spend 2 hours waiting for EasyJet Bus, my only salvation was a cab.Its about a 757 line to Luton, their buses dont circulate and if you try to use your ticket on GreenLine,the driver won't let you.The worst company , not even the slightest care for customers.

I booked by internet 3 seats on Easybus on December, 27 at 22:10 pm from stansted airport to London
Due to a very late arrival of Easyjet flight from Lyon, we arrived on December, 28 at 00:02 am at Stansted.
Easybus refused our reservation and asked us to pay full tickets because we did not arrived on the right day !
They said they are not the same company as Easyjet and have nothing to do with them !
We refused to pay and took the train to London.
I will avoid Easybus in the future. Also...

I have never written a review buy my Easybus experience is one i have to share.
Easybus is dangerous. Our 6am driver was falling asleep and wandering all over the highway. He was going from 70kmh to 100kmh like a yoyo. Everyone was wondering what was going - 5 mins from the airport he nearly rolled the bus! Everyone couldn't believe it.
On our return journey our flight was delayed by 20mins. Upon missing our scheduled 11pm departure we were unable to get on the next 2 buses because they...

easybus is a horrible company. they do not give refunds and furthermore they do not let you take bus rides past the 60 minute leeway time unless you pay for new tickets. don't ever prebook. they are just unfriendly, unreasonable, and difficult to deal with!!! (read more)

757 Luton airport to Marble arch to go to the west end a
excellent service very reliable and worth the money. much better then

I had the worst traveling experience in my life when I used easybus in Dec 2009 trying to get to Stansted Airport from London. After waiting for the pre-booked bus for more than two hours I was urged to take a taxi because the driver from easy bus didn't bother to check who had pre-booked tickets and let all the passengers go inside the bus without even checking their tickets. I found this review very helpful because...I am going to London and considered saving some money by choosing easybus instead of the Gatwick Express, but this along with other reports I have found via Google only confirms my concerns about the reliability of this company. I do not want to risk spending more money to get to the airport or missing my flight, let alone the stress associated with such a situation.

I have been using EasyJet Bus service for almost a year now and to date they have not disappointed me. I mainly travel from Victoria Station to Luton but I am aware that they offer other destinations such as Gatwick and Stansted too.
Pros:
1.) Price! Some of the tickets if bought online are a mere 2GBP. However you are more likely to pay about 6GBP for a one way ticket.
2.) 24hours: The bus leaves every 30 minutes. Something that is really good in order to catch those early flights

Forget trains and taxi's THIS is THE way to travel to the airport. I travelled to Malaga last week from Gatwick and boarded the easybus outside Fulham Broadway tube station. It was warm, clean and smelled of summer berries! Our driver introduced himself and made us all feel very welcome. Congratulations Stelios on an outstanding service! We still cant work out how you manage to do it for £2! (read more)

Complain to Easybus using their online form. They claim to respond to you in 10 working days but never do. Then fill in the complaint form on this independent website....
