Today I was shocked with the driver of easybus Gatwick airport south terminal bus stop 6, the guy was unbelievable awfully rude. First the bus was almost ONE hour late, I bought my ticket (ref:5774420333320140820) for 13:20. About 40 people was waiting for the bus. Was chaotic believe me. Terrible! Bus for my destination (Waterloo) didn't show. Buses that DID show refused to assist those of us waiting for Waterloo - rude, no updates. “So not recommended”

Bus drivers are very rude, we where six people so we had 4 luggages and 6 hand luggages, they started to complain. Did not help us lift the luggages or take them down of their bus. “print your ticket”

We booked on very short notice on vacation and unable to print ticket. We had to pay again on the bus despite showing the man on my iPhone the eticket and giving him the reference number. I have tried to contact customer service twice and have heard nothing. Apparently you have to submit any request by post - great, i dont live in the UK! The drivers are rude. It's probably easier to get to the airport with a TARDIS than with easybus. The buses seem to come irregularly and the schedule appears to be "come as you please". This is not only a slight problem if you are trying to catch a very specific flight but also if you have a very specific for a bus at 15.15. Such a bus never did materialise, but there was one arriving at the pick-up point at 15:16. “wont accept electronic tickets, forcing you to re-buy...”

bus driver asks to see tickets - so i showed him the tickets clearly displayed on my iphone. he would not accept this and demanded paper tickets! I was forced to re-buy the tickets for £10 each onboard or not travel. When i tried to claim back the ticket cost from easybus they denied and do not respond to any further enquirieis. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'm frankly amazed easyjet allow such damage to be done to their brand on such a regular basis - how can it be worth ipissing off thus many people for what is most likely such a feeble return? Buses booked for certain times don't show up. Then there is no information provided by the next driver as to whether its coming or not. “easyBus can easily transport you to the wrong airport”

Spare your nerves and spend more money on bus services other than easyBus! I would like to warn everyone who considers travelling with the easyBus company to think twice before using their services. easybus took me to the wrong airport too. Fortunately I intended to get their early so I was able to take a taxi from luton to stansted. This cost me £80!

Even if we as customers might have done more to check we were on the right bus, they are supposed to check the ticket or not let you on the bus. The buses have no destination indication on them, and the staff - although in my case they were reasonably pleasant - seem almost panicked and overwhelmed the whole time. Its a dreadful system. In fact I'm not sure it is a system. The fact that this is a branch of the Easy Group is shameful.

I'm going to try to get my taxi fare back but I'm not too sure they're worried about their reputation!

We booked 2 tickets online from GloucesterPlace(Baker St) to Luton. When the bus arrived, we showed the driver our unprinted tickets from mobile phone. He said he needs a printed ticket, and will not let us in without it. I have issued them with a county court summons in the small claims court for exactly this issue.
They should accept electronic tickets like every other company under the sun, but they hide behind this requirement to print them out.

I suppose this is their business model. They increase revenues by charging people twice, first online, second when they board the bus without printed ticket.

“Easybus, price is cheap but the bus never comes!”

My girlfriend and I booked a ticket online and arrive on time. We booked a ticke from Stansted Airport to Central London. We arrived 10 minutes (as suggested from Easybus) before the bus had to leave from the station but unfortunately there were around 40 people in the queue waiting for the same bus. We ask the people in the queue how long are they already have been waiting - answer: already 30 minutes! I took this bus(Between Luton air-port and London) alone and charged for two seats. As I noticed this mistake, I went back to the ticket desk before I took the bus. The lady at the desk told me that they were going to refund. I many times sent E mails to this company but I only got one reply and they said they were going to refund, but I never got back.!!! My girlfriend lost the plane because of the terrible inefficiency of easybus. And you cannot complain back it is a normal delay because in two hours two buses passed, one pretending to be the 1.05 pm and the second one told us it was the 2 pm bus, so what about all the others? 5 buses passed by the other direction, leaving passengers coming from Gatwick, so don't tell it was a delay because you could switch the buses as they were leaving empty! Gatwick-London Onwards: Rude drivers, throwing literally our luggage in the bus and shouting at us. Return: I had the bus of 14:00. Neither that, or the next 2 busses arrived. On our return journey West Brompton to Gatwick on 20th Jan 2014, the driver would not accept our ticket. I had to pay £20.00 for a journey I had already paid for. Driver not even prepared to listen. Ankunftsort in Gatwick zugig und im Winter sau-kalt ohne jede Möglichkeit sich irgendwo aufzuwärmen. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit kein Bus in Sicht. Nächster Bus nahm uns nicht miit, nur eine Amerikanerin, die sich lautstark über Easybus beschwerte. Nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit haben wir dann ein Taxi genommen, weil niemand wusste wann und ob unser Bus noch kommt. I did booked a ticket for the 13th of January 2014 at 00:30 from Gatwick South to Earl's Court. I went to the bus stop at Gatwick airport at 00:05 and I saw a massive queue, people were waiting for the 23:40 bus still. One bus showed up at 00:42 and allowed just 5 people because was full. “Rude and unhelpful driver”

I paid £9 for a ride from Baker st. To Stansted on 26 December. I wasn't expecting a lot for the money, however I was shocked at the amount of legroom on the mini bus it's less than even Ryanair.
