“Not enough buses to cover timetable”

Geneva - Chamonix transfer, 1 hour late on departure, no information from agent (claims indeterminate delay caused by traffic, christmas, weather, etc.). Chamonix - Geneva transfer, 2 hour late, no agent, one driver shows 30 minutes after stated departure time, give no useful information before logging of for the day and leaving a dozen stranded passengers at station. “pay more BUT NEVER NOT USE EASY BUS”

IF you want to miss your fly and to pay more....you can use them, but think because can cost you more than 500/1000GBR or more!!!!! I lost 500GBR using them because the bus come on 8/Decem/2014 at 4.30am on Victoria station and me and more than 20 people left there, /bus driver told us waiting for next bus at 5.30 !!!!/ We run to the station and pay 30GBR for first train but I miss my fly and don't know about other but was really horrible. “NEVER USE EASY BUS”

If I may advice you guys, do use EASY BUS NEVER AND EVER. I normally use an other transport companies to go to London airports, such as NATIONAL EXPRESS or TERRAVISION, and I have never had a problem with them. They are cheaper and punctual than Easy Bus. “NEVER use this company!”

Me and 3 other people arrived at the Stansted airport on 15th October at 9pm, we had booked the easybus for 10pm, but decided to wait for an early bus. There was about 10 people waiting, but no sight of any bus. Most of them left after an hour or so... I paid money for travelling to & from Gatwick airport. I was given wrong date for return when I reported the wrong date I was asked to write to an address and ask for refund. I wrote letter and send e mails. All my e mails were ignored I did not receive refund. Their customer service is most appalling and purchasing tickets from them total waste of valuable time. Very disappointed with easybus service. I had a flight on 02/10/14, and booked my easybus ticket from london to luton. The bus did not show up at all. Waited there for more than an hour. No number to ring, no customer service to contact. Everyone in the stop was confused and stressed that we will miss out flights. “WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!”

Our Easybus arrived in London 10 minutes late to take us to Gatwick airport. This did not seem bad until the driver told us that he was the service that was supposed to have arrived half an hour before our service (making him 40 minutes late). “Cheap driver with cheap attitude ”

We were at bus stop 15 minutes before the given time but the rude driver was late and didnt apologise. We had a ticket but unfortunately it didnt have time written in it despite it saying " print and take this ticket with you" and we did print and take it. Today I was shocked with the driver of easybus Gatwick airport south terminal bus stop 6, the guy was unbelievable awfully rude. Bus drivers are very rude, we where six people so we had 4 luggages and 6 hand luggages, they started to complain. Did not help us lift the luggages or take them down of their bus. “print your ticket”

We booked on very short notice on vacation and unable to print ticket. We had to pay again on the bus despite showing the man on my iPhone the eticket and giving him the reference number. I have tried to contact customer service twice and have heard nothing. Apparently you have to submit any request by post - great, i dont live in the UK! The drivers are rude. It's probably easier to get to the airport with a TARDIS than with easybus. The buses seem to come irregularly and the schedule appears to be "come as you please". This is not only a slight problem if you are trying to catch a very specific flight but also if you have a very specific for a bus at 15.15. Such a bus never did materialise, but there was one arriving at the pick-up point at 15:16. bus driver asks to see tickets - so i showed him the tickets clearly displayed on my iphone. he would not accept this and demanded paper tickets! I was forced to re-buy the tickets for £10 each onboard or not travel. When i tried to claim back the ticket cost from easybus they denied and do not respond to any further enquirieis. I'm frankly amazed easyjet allow such damage to be done to their brand on such a regular basis - how can it be worth ipissing off thus many people for what is most likely such a feeble return? easybus took me to the wrong airport too. Fortunately I intended to get their early so I was able to take a taxi from luton to stansted. This cost me £80!

Even if we as customers might have done more to check we were on the right bus, they are supposed to check the ticket or not let you on the bus. The buses have no destination indication on them, and the staff - although in my case they were reasonably pleasant - seem almost panicked and overwhelmed the whole time. Its a dreadful system. In fact I'm not sure it is a system. The fact that this is a branch of the Easy Group is shameful.

I'm going to try to get my taxi fare back but I'm not too sure they're worried about their reputation!

We booked 2 tickets online from GloucesterPlace(Baker St) to Luton. When the bus arrived, we showed the driver our unprinted tickets from mobile phone. He said he needs a printed ticket, and will not let us in without it. I have issued them with a county court summons in the small claims court for exactly this issue.
They should accept electronic tickets like every other company under the sun, but they hide behind this requirement to print them out.

I suppose this is their business model. They increase revenues by charging people twice, first online, second when they board the bus without printed ticket.

“Easybus, price is cheap but the bus never comes!”

My girlfriend and I booked a ticket online and arrive on time. We booked a ticke from Stansted Airport to Central London. We arrived 10 minutes (as suggested from Easybus) before the bus had to leave from the station but unfortunately there were around 40 people in the queue waiting for the same bus. We ask the people in the queue how long are they already have been waiting - answer: already 30 minutes!
