    Good Points: Crew is typically very friendly and outgoing.


    Bad Points: Owners not necessary up to date on customer service. Prior to the trip, several members of the group asked for specific bunk locations but upon showing up, those bunks had been assigned to others not part of the group. As the trip leader, I've still not seen a refund as stated... "10 paying customers earns one free spot." The trip sailed almost 2 months ago. I also know that in the past, when trips were cancelled, it took forever for refunds to be issued(due to hurricanes). Seems to me that the owners enjoy making their money but not necessarily providing excellent customer service.


    General comments: I have not sailed on AquaCat; however, I've sailed on Blackbeards' sloops. The sloops and the cat are owned and operated by the same folks.
