    my phone was stolen on the way to college one day, being able to submit my claimon their website made it much easier i printed off the from filled it in.
    It was sent Tuesday morning and by thursday morning they had rang me saying my replacement handset had been bored, it would have been better to do it over the phone but as long as the phone is coming to me i am not really bothered.

    I had been paying for insurance I had no recollection of signing up for. The direct debit had been coming out of my account for 4.5 years. When I called Policy Admin Services they were very helpful and said that if they couldn't produce a copy of the contract they would refund all contributions. Within 3 days I had a letter from them confirming they couldn't. One week later and a full refund is in now in my bank account.

    I took out a 02 blackberry contract way over 2 months ago now and everytime i phone i always get the same answer " Waiting on 3RD party infomation " The phone was damaged i payed the £50.00 excess. I have spent over £84.00 in phone calls to this companny and still no joy.?

    Is there anyone i can phone to get my claim moving faster as i do want another handset ?

    IF YOU EVER GET A PHONE CONTRACT FROM PHONES4U DO NOT TAKE THIS INSURANCE ITS A LOAD OF RUBBISh !!! ...

    Never ever go for the insurance policy named, 'policy admin services'. I bought a Nokia N97 through phones4u and after it being stolen complained it to the policy admin services. But wait a second thats not the end of it i had to wait for my claim to get through for 11 odd days and then for my handset to be back in my hands afta 23 days. I'm sure that isn't the service htat you look for. Luckily got myself insured with my network provider.

    I took out insurance through Policy Admin two years ago, insuring my phone and ipod unfortuantely I recently went to claim when my iPod screen borke and wa sinformed I can't make a claim as my recipt doesnt have the serial number on. Why was i not told this when i took out the policy? I've effectively been paying for a service I didn't recieve and I am currently in the middle of appealing however have yet to hear anything back.     Just to let you know i checked my Policy Administration Services account and i have been charged £7.99 by policy admin services since december ...wait for it...2003!!
    anyway, i phoned them and as per usual was offered one years worth back (£95.88) if i agreed to close the matter there and then? I asked what my options were and he said that they would have to check with phones 4 u to see if they have a copy of my contract and if they dont i would be due a full refund....of co ...

    I have to been a victim of Policy Admin Services, they have been taking 2 lots of £7.99 a month, I had no idea what it was or who it was. I have now cancelled it and I will no doubt get a phonecall about why i have cancelled 2 lots. God know how much money i have lost over this. I will ask for a refund.

    what a waste of my money Policy Administration Services are, like many others i have been paying this for years and i dread to think how much it has cost me, delete your direct debit asap and just get insurance through your network provider, much cheaper and less hassle

    Like many others apparently had cover for a phone bought in 2000. Direct Debits for 5.99 a month taken from my account under policy admin serve. Thought it was to do with my mortgage. Recently discovered not so. Paid £700 over the years. Phoned them said they'd refund 3 months coming to a grand total of £18. Still waiting for refund a month after call.     Policy Administration Services are nothing but trouble!!! Cancelled the direct debit and since have received up to 15 calls per day averaging every 25 mins!! Spoke to them on 5 occassions advising I no longer wish to continue and thought that by cancelling the DD they would get the hint but no continue to call every single day

    We have 4 business phones and have paid them £6.99 each for the last 13 months. Everytime we had a problem with the phone Policy Administration Services were SO unhelpful and tried to catch us out at every hurdle. When you're running your own business and time is limited they had every reason under the sun not to pay out wneh they wer all very simple claims ie screen broke, phone was lost.     For the money Policy Administration Services get out of you, the service they provide really isn't up to scratch. I made a claim, which I heard nothing about for over 2 weeks. On the 16th day I called them, and they said they didn't have a replacement model in stock. Why wasn't I informed about this? It wasn't even updated on the online tracker.     I took out mobile phone cover with Policy Administration Services when I got my new Blackberry Storm. About 2 months after getting the phone, I dropped it and the screen smashed. I have put in a claim, knowing that there is no way that it can be repaired. It has now been over 2 weeks since I sent my phone back, and have heard nothing from them.     I too have been a victim of the way PAS conduct their business, I have just noticed that PAS has been taking money from me for three separate accounts dating from 2003 - 2008/9 for £7.99 a month for handsets which ran out of contract way back.I assumed along with countless others that the policy would automatically end with the end of the telephone contract, it doesn't.They won't contact you to update the accounts and it seems clear that they do this hoping that you won't notice that you ...

    I cancelled my direct debit and I get between 4 and 6 calls each day from them.
    They always start the same way by asking for my address. As they could be anybody I refuse. I tell them, if they are who they say they are, then they know the DD is cancelled and I don't want the policy and stop phoning me.
    But it continues. 3 weeks now at 4 to 6 calls each day.
    Ask for the complaints department and you get a different person who won't talk to you unless you provide him with your address.

    I accidently left my handset in a taxi when paying the driver. I tried to stop the taxi as it drove off and called the taxi company straight away but by the time the driver checked, the handset was gone.
    PAS simply changed the wording on one of their exclusions clauses to include Loss and tried to explain with this statement within the rejection letter.
