Good Points: Big, bright colour display Vibrating touch-sensitive keys Navigation wheel is wonderful! Keys can be easily locked and unlocked, so if you keep the phone in your pocket it won't accidentally make calls. You can listen to music with or without headphones... great sound. I love the E-Z Tip calculator.. I use it all the time. The camera is pretty good quality. Also, you can record up to an hour with the video recorder. Perfect size, feels great in the hand.
Bad Points: Keypad a little bit small for texting, but easy to get used to!
General comments: Ok, so I've only had the LG Chocolate phone for 3 days, but I love it!!! It's a beautiful phone with a large, bright display. I love the touch-sensitive vibrating keys. I' ve heard some people complain about them being too sensitive, but I haven't had any problems. I would recommend this phone to anyone and if you've read a bad review, it must be for the old version of this phone. I have very few bad things to say about it. Go and buy this phone. You won't be disappointed.

I got this phone , it is a great looking phone but has some problems from time to time... the phone freezes occasionally and turns off automatically sometimes...

To be honest, most days I find myself despising the LG Chocolate phone. The battery life is fairly poor as I can get maybe an hour and a half to two hours talk time max. From full charge to zero with the phone pretty much not in use, I can go about a day and a half. If I have more than five phone calls, then I can count on it being dead or almost dead by the end of the day. The phone's buttons are a bit too sensitive and I find my cheek activating programs that I didn't even intend. Luckily ...

I had my phone for a year and the battery dies all the time even if i dont use it and it freezes and when i get a text message and press ok to look at it, it wont go so i have to close it and go to my messages to see what it says.

The LG chocolate is a great phone and has lots of different types of music, camera and lots lots more. So if you are into the latest fashion and want a mobile phone. get the LG chocolate mobile!

The Lg Chocolate is a good looking phone that's about it. Switches itself off when you have full battery power, battery power is awful always needs charging, can never get a reception. If i knew then what i know now about the phone i would never of got it i am about 6mths of a 18mths contract and cant wait to change it.

The LG Chocolate is a good looking phone but has many problems - Not worth the money or the risk. The battery life is poor, the camera is prone to crashing so that you have to remove the battery to restart the phone.

I found the LG Chocolate too sensitive and only after 7 months use, has stopped working ! There is nothing on the screen, all blank. Can receive calls, but that's it. Waiting for the contract to end. a big WARNING - DO NOT BUY

Very reliable. I had no problems with it throughout a whole 18 month contract. Also looks good and has a good camera and reasonably good memory on the LG Chocolate.

I loved having this phone as it never broke, it looked good, it worked and it has good features. some people may say it skips to different menus without you wanting it to beacuse of the sensitive touch screen, however, if you know how to use a phone properly it will not do this.

Overall as a user of many a mobile phone across several brands. I will never get another LG phone again. The LG Chocolate reception is awful - I sometimes cant get reception in the middle of central London. The screen switches on and off of its own accord. The alarm occasionally does go off when its supposed to. The touch screen switches to modes I dont want to be on when Im in the middle of inputting information.

I think the LG Chocolate is the worst phone ever !!! bad reception, scratches easy ( even when your careful) screen changes colour before eventually turning white all the time, touch screen doesn't work, charger stops charging, the list goes on!! would never buy another LG EVER !!!

My LG chocolate phone has recently packed up. It is a very delicate phone and a year ago cost £180 and is down to around £40. Overall I was quite disappointed about the money i spent and then it stop working a couple of days after the warranty.

What can I say about the LG Chocholate? I hate it, cannot stand it, I want to slam it into the ground type of dislike for it.
If you buy this phone, then just like me, you are wasting your money and will be horribly dissatisfied with it. It is so sensitive that I am constantly turning things on/off, etc.

The Chocolate LG is an amazing phone with great features with my Chocolate LG it hasn't glitches or done anything bad so all those bad reviews with bad stuff like it broke on the third day. That was because you were not careful with it take care with phones otherwise obviously they are going to break. Its a very nice, stylish phone with great features and all really cheap.. i was astonished when i bought mine.

This phone is great. I had it for my birthday, i was so pleased. They want features on their phone go buy the iphone or something more expensive... What you pay for is what you get with this amazing phone :D I would say anyone who wants a phone for, music, looks and simple for a "phone" you should get this phone. It is very cheap with pay as you go atm x

I know that its pretty in pink girls but don't be fooled ... its sooooo not worth it !! terrible battery life ..have to charge it at least once a day and jumps sometimes like when you go onto your camera it will jump from 3 bars to 1 in a matter of seconds then jump back to 3 when you come off your camera - its crazy !! the camera has a poor zoom and the screen is scratched way to easily !!

Bad, don't buy.Color chips off easily, you can mute it when your talking and not even realize it, takes forever to turn on, charger doesn't work.
