Iv had the phone for 5 months and the battery now needs charging every day. It will only last about 9 hours if I use it for texting and call during the day. Really disappointed with the phone and I would safely say I will never have an LG phone again.
It is easy to use but the battery life is rubbish.

I've only just bought an LG Chocolate a few weeks ago, since it was incredibly cheap. Its lasted so far without any problems except that the screen's gone completely white and frozen a few times. The slide is starting to go off centre already. But its a really nice, good-looking phone and I like the touch screen. However I absolutely hate texting on it, the keys are so awkward and you cannot move on to write the next letter on it, very annoying. It's probably worth the £25 I spent on it. (read more)

It breaks every three days I have to get a new one, they give me one, I end up having about 10 then by the time I think I get a new phone according to the original plan I actually have to wait a few months because of all the times I had to get a new one. I think that the LG Chocolate phone is incredibly beautiful and smooth to touch, and has quite a good camera. It is ok for a while, but then everything about it goes wrong! I have had the phone nearly a year now and after 3 months of having it the sound went, and I could never hear people on the phone. After about 7 months the bluetooth totally mucked up everyone who tried to send anything to me it would straight away cancel it. (read more)

It worked fine for a while but after a few months the battery is completely rubbish - I can fully charge it and then it will cut out in the middle of a 5 minute phone call!
Sometimes when I slide it up the touch screen doesn't respond so i can't use it.
The screen recently inverted all the colours so the picture I had as a background looked like a negative picture and it was the same throughout the whole menu.

Very tasteful design. The default wallpapers are lovely, too. A beautiful, artistic phone, but it is not very practical. The texting is very complex, unlike some phones it does not change case automatically. At first it is hard to get used to the sensitivity of the buttons (they are "touch screen"), but you soon adjust to it. I do well recommend the LG Chocolate. (read more)

Guys, if you want a phone that's easy to use and you don't care about camera quality and such, this is the phone for you. Nice phone if you only wish to use it indoors! Very quickly gets covered in fingermarks that are difficult to get off. My biggest criticism - you can't see the screen detail if you are in (even partial) sunlight - the glare off the black finish makes the detail invisible! (read more)

I have the LG Chocolate phone for over a year now and usually i don't keep a phone for that long normally. I have this colour in bright pink and really love the colour as it stands out a lot and is a very girly colour (:. I really like the look of the phone and the touch screen buttons. It also has some great phones and things on the menu. The camera isn't as great as it could be and the battery life isn't the best that it could be but no phone is perfect. Go for this phone if you're going for looks. It does everything a phone is meant to do, but minor details build up and make it annoying to use. I do not recommend it, you would be better off going for a Samsung of the same price. My LG Chocolate broke within a month. Took ages to get repaired and it deleted everything on it. also cant use your own mp3's as alarms or message tones, only ringtones. Which is highly annoying as the tones already on it get on your nerves within a week. Cant wait to get rid of it!! (read more)

Ok, so I've only had the LG Chocolate phone for 3 days, but I love it!!! It's a beautiful phone with a large, bright display. I love the touch-sensitive vibrating keys. I' ve heard some people complain about them being too sensitive, but I haven't had any problems. I would recommend this phone to anyone and if you've read a bad review, it must be for the old version of this phone. I have very few bad things to say about it. Go and buy this phone. To be honest, most days I find myself despising the LG Chocolate phone. The battery life is fairly poor as I can get maybe an hour and a half to two hours talk time max. From full charge to zero with the phone pretty much not in use, I can go about a day and a half. If I have more than five phone calls, then I can count on it being dead or almost dead by the end of the day. Overall as a user of many a mobile phone across several brands. I will never get another LG phone again. The LG Chocolate reception is awful - I sometimes cant get reception in the middle of central London. The screen switches on and off of its own accord. The alarm occasionally does go off when its supposed to. The touch screen switches to modes I dont want to be on when Im in the middle of inputting information.

The Chocolate LG is an amazing phone with great features with my Chocolate LG it hasn't glitches or done anything bad so all those bad reviews with bad stuff like it broke on the third day. That was because you were not careful with it take care with phones otherwise obviously they are going to break. I know that its pretty in pink girls but don't be fooled ... its sooooo not worth it !! terrible battery life ..have to charge it at least once a day and jumps sometimes like when you go onto your camera it will jump from 3 bars to 1 in a matter of seconds then jump back to 3 when you come off your camera - its crazy !! the camera has a poor zoom and the screen is scratched way to easily !! I am trying to get my mum to by a new phone so i can get her w980i that she got free on a contract. i will show her this and surely it will make her want one of these. so she gets a cool phone, i get an awesome phone. its a win win situation
