Kay Honda service department in Eatontown is terrible. The mechanic seem to walk around in the shop doing nothing. I actually saw a technician working on tire rotation/balance for over an hour. He took 30 minute breaks in between. He ended up only balancing 2 tires. I think he took so many breaks he forget what he was doing. Forget about waiting for oil change, they don't care if you were waiting for over 2 hrs, even though you have an appointment. There is no oil change express line either. They spend over 15 mins on a customer, trying to get you to spend more money on a service maintenance package which they don't bother to check.

The first time I went to Kay Honda, they did not seem very interested in meeting me halfway. It was their (overpriced) way or the highway, and they let me walk out. I was contacted the next day by them. They tried to give me new quotes that looked better. They were actually more, because they tried to charge me more interest.
