£1800 i7 gaming PC ordered for my son which was a custom build from scratch. It arrived in 8 days and very well packed. I needed help connecting our HDMI TV so we called and spoke to a very helpful person who resolved our question right away. Good quality PC. Good packing. I ordered a next day 4000 gaming PC and upgraded the hard drive, memory and graphics card and ordered at 3PM on Monday. They emailed me confirmation of shipping at 7PM that day. My order arrived by UPS very well packed in a massive computer planet box with lots of packing. Nothing was damaged and the spec was exactly as I ordered. It's been running with no problems since Tuesday so I am very happy and will be using them again in the future. (read more)

I was on looking to buy a new computer at a few retailers until I stumbled upon Computer Planet. Unlike many of the other retailers, they offer customized PCs that will have the exact specifications that you request. I ordered a PC with 6GB of RAM and a 750 GB hard drive. Great service, I ordered a top of the range gaming PC that I designed myself and received it really fast (within a few days). It is all running perfectly and I can finally play Battlefield 3 on FULL GRAPHICS. That is a really big deal for me. The Sharktoon red gaming case looks fantastic, exactly what I was after. Maybe I've been unlucky, but at the moment I would not recommend this company to anyone. My PC turned up damaged and it had clearly been dropped although there was no evidence of this on the cardboard packaging ?. I am so impressed and delighted! I use voice recognition in an electronic medical record, a demanding computer environment. They sent me the pc I initially ordered with a fault. They wanted me to ship it back at a cost to me. Once they decided to pay for shipping, they took a look at it, marked it quality tested and sent it back. They didn't say what was wrong with it or what they had changed. I purchased a PC from Computer Planet in August and when it arrived it was faulty (I can't see why their testing never picked up any fault) It was then sent back and 'repaired' and then delievered to me about 3 weeks later.
