Thank you to Computer Planet for a great deal indeed, computer is still running great.
the main reason of choosing them was the price of a products they sell, and the very new products they offered for such low price.
the PC I made cost me about 400 pounds and in other shops online, or proper ones the PC with same modification was nearly one thousand or more!
So I think you know what I mean, it's a great deal indeed!
I've met lots of people since then with PC problems and fixing them, so I always offering Computer Planet if they need some bits or all PC.
I think if they will keep prices lower than others (for exmpl. PCworld, Commet or so so) they will never get beaten and will have a great successes, just if you cud make a PC's came much quicker to their owners, would be awesome.

no qualms in using Computer Planet again..
they have not failed me and they helped a great deal in my selecting the best spec to suit my needs within a budget.
thanks guys and i wish you continued success.
i recommend you to any future PC buyers who require a custom built machine.
perhaps some future buyers would do well to seek your experts opinion on the spec they are requesting as to its optimum performance before they decide to buy.
after all that's why your experts are there.

My order was placed on the 10th Aug, all parts were picked by the 14th, Building started by the 21st, then, hold on All parts picked on the 27th?! Build started shortly after. Still the 27th Aug now the order is showing waiting parts!?! I am not quite sure what is going on with it. I have just sent off a complaint and wait to hear back from them. I would only use these guys again as a very last resort due to my experience..

I would definitely recommend Computer Planet to one of my colleagues, friends or anyone really, it helps if you know what you want, thats why i suppose you are custom building your own though. One point that would be easy to solve: my order involved 2 parcels and of course they arrived on different dates as they had got separated. I think Computer Planet should tape them together to avoid this. I sat looking at my beautiful new system all night as the d/sub converter for my existing monitor was in 2nd parcel which hadn't arrived - bummer.

I sent my computer away for repair (within warranty period), they had it for two months (returned it out of warranty period). It arrived with no psu cables. Once I received them I checked my pc immediately and it appears to be still broken. They have said they will not fix it because it is out of the warranty period. It seems to me as though they did not fix it properly initially. They do not reply to emails to my satisfaction, personally find it difficult to get in contact with Computer Planet ...

I'm writing this review after some fantastic customer service.A year and a half ago I bought a £1200 PC from Computer planet and took out a 3 year guarantee, since then I have upgraded the motherboard, Ram, and case, most manufactures would say upgrading the PC voids the desktop, Computer Planet don't.-then recently my Power supply unit died.I emailed them and with in an hour I got a reply, with in a few days a UPS truck arrived at my door to pick the Power supply unit up at no cost to me ...

I imagine they must get some working PC's out but it certainly wasn't mine. It took six weeks to deliver (and lasted 20 minutes!). They may be the least expensive but I feel I didn't even get what I paid for. My base unit hasn't worked since I received it and they seem to have dragged out the support and excuses ever since. I've spent more time re-installing and patching than I've ever had it working and it still doesn't work. Get your machine somewhere with a better reputation.

Their website says delivery in 7 days so I happily placed my order. Despite charging my card as soon as the order was received it actually took 25 days for the computer to get to me. And once I did eventually get it it stopped working after just 6 hours of use. I contacted them and told them I was rejecting the goods as it was unfit for it's intended purpose and I wanted a full refund of the purchase price. Took quite a bit longer than I thought it would for Computer Planet to produce the PC, well outside of the time the quoted when I phoned to place the order. So I phoned to cancel the order and even though they have now cancelled it, have not yet received a refund and as far as I know they have not yet tried to contact me?

I've always built my computers myself but one of my mates recommended computer planet to me, so I went online and priced up a system. with a budget of £2k I expected their to be a lot more than it was (I ' d already priced components up) but I was way out... £30 more (on £2k!) for them to build it. I ordered my PC 14 days ago now (10 working days). I emailed them on the 7th working day because they hadn't even started testing it yet and they replied, saying that it would be despatched the next day. Anyway the next day comes and i was very pleased to see my order shoot through the stages, it gets to the final stage and i'm waiting for an update to say it's been despatched. Next email comes... back to level 2 testing! Monday now and haven't had an update all day.

I recently purchased a high performance PC from Computer Planet and I was very happy with them. The website is very well designed and easy to navigate. Their prices are the best around and most important of all, their customer service was fantastic! I would recommend computer planet to all!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order to go through, its taken them a week to just accept the order. The site is cheap and easy to use but if you hate waiting times then avoid, I cant recommend them however, even though they are cheaper they might not always be worth the hassle.

I have been buying high price items since 1969, custom built computers since 1985 and running my own business for the last 13 1/2yrs. I buy from national and international companies and am a registered importer and buying from Computer Planet was without a doubt my worst buying experience ever. Easy to use PC builder and great customer support.
I ordered a new computer system from computer planet and I'm happy with the service. The system was delivered quickly and worked right out of the box. Can't fault them. In my experience I had nothing to complain about therefore I well recommend computer planet.
