Received a text saying they had tried to deliver but no one at home. I was of course. included was a nice photo of my security gates clearly taken from the driver's seat of the van. Apparently missed the big pedestrian access next to them. Failed to ring the intercom on the gate or ring me on the telephone. Obviously couldn't be arsed to get out of his nice warm van. Contacted the number given. They could not get an answer from the depot or driver. Told not worry they would deliver the next day. Explicitly confirmed as it was a Saturday. Eventually got hold of the depot myself who spoke to the driver who would return at 16.30. No show of course. No answer from the depot. Spoke to the contact centre who said they do not deliver Saturdays so it will be Monday. So two days off work. Lied too and generally had the mick taken. I will never do business with a company which uses interlink ever again.

These criminals smashed my £1000 guitar that was sent to Spain. And after I made a claim they said the maximum they will pay is £7.50 per KGs. So in total they paid me £37 which I feel cheated. This company hides critical international delivery costs during online bookings, and purposely they mislead customers; causing extortionate costs.

Just to add another hilarious Interlink balls-up - today I got the delivery window text and to be fair, the driver was on time. He buzzed the intercom to gain access to the building. So, as with countless other deliveries before, I unlocked the tower block main door and waited by my front door for him. Almost immediately though, he buzzed the intercom AGAIN, to which I then unlocked the main door AGAIN. Then about a minute later, I received a "driver unable to deliver due to nobody being in" message. Errrm WTF!! He knew someone was in as I unlocked the door for him on 2 occasions! Now have to take another day off work to await my parcel. Piss-poor service with drivers who haven't got a clue. Ridiculous.

I was supposed to receive a package on Wednesday between 12-1pm. The package did not arrive, when I clicked on 'track my parcel' I found out that the delivery had been cancelled (no idea why). When I tried to call them I was put on hold for 45 minutes (yes 45 minutes!!) and still couldn't get hold of a anybody to help me! So right now, I have no idea where my parcel is, when it is going to be re-delivered (if at all), or who to contact. Horrible service. Will never use interlink again!

We had 3 parcels due to us from a customer. As most are aware they run a barcode scanning system. The stock was collected and not scanned. I then get an email for Interlink to say this had been delayed. 2 days later I receive 1 of the 3 parcels. This had a completely blank Interlink Parcel Label, clearly reprinted. The consignment no relation to the 3 parcel consignment number. The contents were correct, so was clearly 1 of the 3. After over a month of constant phone calls, contradicted information from DPD and very poor customer service I finally received the claims form. The claim was rejected on the basis the driver had "left" the company. And they had no evidence 3 parcels were collected only 1. No reasons as to why the parcels were missing or relabelled. They have not logically looked into the evidence, and I am now at a £650 loss. My questions are: Why would only 1 parcel be collected? Why was only 1 parcel relabelled? Why did the driver not confirm on collection 1 parcel was collected out of 3? Why did the driver not scan 1 parcel in? Why do we have several confirmations 3 were collected in email and on the phone the silver team How can you base a case on a system which is obviously flawed from the scannin system itself? As a regular user I have advised all my customers and staff to avoid DPD until the matter is corrected.

Were due a delivery yesterday, we were going out so put delivery to be at the local shop. When we came back not there and on line told they were unable to find us. No response from all the ways I have tried contacting them and its down to be delivered by the same driver who was unable to find us or the only shop he had to drive past if he came to the village. DPD delivered to us before we went out so we are not that hard to find!

Two days running I left clear and detailed instructions to find my house, it is not difficult, but parking or coming round the back can be a little tricky. Drivers either do not understand English or else cannot be bothered to find the house. I am never going to trust them to deliver anything to me again.

Been waiting for a parcel for a week now. Interlink claim they have tried to deliver but nobody's in. I literally have not set my foot outside the door and know for 100% sure that nobody's been here. So not only are they rubbish, they lie through their teeth as well. AVOID.

Horrific attitude. I bought an item on ebay and suppliers made a good effort and were able to get the item to London so it can be delivered to me a day earlier than quoted. Using Interlink for delivery they sent me a message to inform me of day to expect delivery. I reply following the instructions sent to inform them of the new address as I am in different locations during the days - done the day before the intended delivery. I follow this up with a phone call the following day when sent a text with the original address mentioned and am told the complany who booked the job have to make the changes. This is attempted and even though the new address is only 3 miles away they are not accommodating and state due to the change it will have to be delivered the following day. I will be in a different location the following day - as I had mentioned so inform them to continue as it is today. The parcel is still on the van and the allocated 1 hour slot is still hours away. I am then told this is not possible, it will be delivered tomorrow. I questioned this as it shows a complete lack of customer service and am told I have no understanding of the industry. In actual fact I worked for years managing a London Van Run service from the same area as this depot - hence why I know this is a resonable request I am making and the service they are providing is very poor. ALl should avoid this company.

I opted to have the package delivered in a pickup point they suggested. This was confirmed via email. For whatever reason, they did not make a delivery there. Another email was sent to say it will be on my address at a specific time. I waited, Nothing. Called their office, they gave me lame excuses and said it will be delivered another time. This company does not value your time, and how important to you the package on the very day that you need it. This company does not care or even realise the negative effect on their customer and on their business.

Somebody was in all day and no delivery was attempted. I then get a message that evening saying 'we're sorry we missed you - there was no one available to sign for the order'. What liars! I wouldn't have minded if they had given a genuine reason they couldn't deliver, but to lie is disgraceful. You only have to look online to find this kind of service is what Interlink customers have had to become accustomed to!

FIVE missed collections totalling 12 consignments and then they had the audacity to charge me by coming the following day to collect a parcel that they failed to collect the day before; even though I had told them not to bother. Called them many times, no improvements or response, so cancelled the DD. Suddenly they woke up and assigned me an account manager to air my grievances.... Too little too late. Cancelled my account and never looked back... Their loss!

I have frequent deliveries and always leave clear and concise instructions to call my phone on delivery. I leave two numbers. Never has any driver had a problem with this. Except for interlink, I can only assume the driver cant read. This is not so much an issue, these things happen, some people cant read, however the treatment I received when chasing up the orderwas nothing shortof disgusting. I was patrinised and spoken down to and made to feel like a liar. Absolute horror show. Othercompanies would be more than willing to help rectify the problem, I offered to meet the driver or collect the item from depot but it seemed like the guy was enjoying my discomfort

Extremely backwards and old fashioned logistics system. We are forced to delay our journey due to car seat arriving late in the day.. Avoid at all cost.

Twice I've stayed home to accept the parcel and twice the online status is "parcel was refused". The driver didn't attempt to deliver the package once. They are a complete waste of time and consumers will be upset and disappointed in their service. Please use DPD instead. They offer the same tracking convenience but they actually deliver to you.

Wow.interlink lost my parcel. Along with 69 others. Could be any where in the uk. What a joke. Will not use again. As its a car part been without transport for 3 days thanks to interlink. Not even worth one star

I missed a delivery after waiting for most of the day. I contacted interlink for the parcel to be delivered to a near by collecting depot. I went to collect my parcel with my work ID which has my name and picture and place of work. The store owner told me that was not identity proof that it was not accepted by the company. Please correct me if I am wrong, does every one in Britain or London possess a passpot or driving Licenses? You cannot collect your parcel if you do not have those two items.I have nerver been asked to produce my passport to collect a parcel. I know the policy is writen to safeguard the company but there are various forms of IDs a person can use not just those two. I believe the policy need to be reviewed.

I'm an Interlink Express account holder, albeit i don't spend thousands upon thousands with them. I still expect the same level of professional service, as i do use them for a business purpose. However sadly I'm taking the time to write this review as i feel my recent experience of Interlink needs to be highlighted. On the 22/09/2016 I arranged a collection consisting of 3 larges parcels from a company in Acton, London for delivery back to my premises. I completed my online portal and forwarded the collection details to the company in London. I then took it upon myself to contact Interlink to query why i didn't get any bar coded labels. I was correctly advised by customer service that the parcels wouldn't have bar codes until the driver actually collected the parcels, as he would attach them. I began to monitor the collection through my portal only to see that Interlink/Driver had updated the portal to say 'Unsuccessful collection, nothing to collect'. Bizarre i thought, so i contacted the company in London, only to find that the driver didn't actually attend the location during the specified times, that i had put in the portal. The company in London had waited for a further 30mins passed their closing time, but still no driver, so they closed. **To note at this point is. For each day my parcels aren't collected I now pay a stocking/warehouse fee of £25**. Naturally i was annoyed, In contacting Interlink and speaking to their customer service, we arranged a further collection for the Friday 23/09/2016. I have then whilst still on the phone to Interlink contacted the company in London, begged for them to stay open until the collection was made, as i desperately needed the stock that was in the parcels. Hurrah you would think. Sadly not.. again i began to monitor the portal, again i found that Interlink/Driver this time cancelled the collection. This is now another day lost and another £25 stocking/warehouse fee. I yet again contacted Interlink to find out what the hell was going on. In speaking to customer service i was advised that the driver couldn't make the selected time slot, so cancelled the collection. Thanks for that Interlink.. Now as it was Friday the next time Interlink could make a collection was going to be Monday 26/09/2016. Guess what that means a further £50 in stocking/warehouse fees over the weekend. Great stuff so were now totaling £100 in extras fees because of Interlinks incompetence. Nevertheless customer service arranged a further collection (No collection ref as it was raised directly by Interlink) for Monday 26/09/2016 and promised that this time they would be collected. Monday arrives and first thing in the morning yet again i contacted Interlink to confirm the collection was going to take place. I spoke to customer service and they further assured me it would be collected today and that they would monitor it and call me back later around 16:15hrs when it was on their van. Now don't get me wrong on each call to Interlink I'm expressing my concerns about their complete lack of competence and advising them that this is now costing me money. As Monday slowly passes and 16:00 approaches I have to call Interlink yet again, as they didn't return my call? Customer service make their apologies and call the depot in London and the information from the driver is...........The items haven't been collected as they don't have bar coded labels upon them. Sound familiar? Customer service make further apologies, however I'm at boiling point, as I'm sure you would be. Customer service do manage to pull it out the bag and eventually get the driver to see the error of his ways and the collection is made. So in a quick recap. I'm a further £100 out of pocket and it's so far took 5 days just to get the parcels collected. These should have been a next day service. Now as i sit here typing this its Tuesday 27/09/2016. I contacted Interlink today to find out when these 3 parcels would now reach me. customer service provide me with the collection ref and tell me to expect the parcels between 19:15 - 20:15hrs. Now although i would have thought my parcels would have been a priority of theirs, after all that has happened and the cost to myself. I thought thank god I'm getting them today.... It's now 20:59 hrs on Tuesday, I still don't have my 3 parcels. From tracking them i can see that the van allocated to deliver my parcels is now sat in their yard. So i wont get them today either. Interlink I give up. What an absolute shocking service. to be honest please tell me what service this is, what service have you provided me with. You have cost me £100 extra and now 7 days in and i still don't have my parcels. You tell me that you don't give compensation !!!! you're an absolute shocking delivery company. Please feel free to contact ME (in capitals on purpose) you can obtain my details through the parcel collection refs. to discuss this mess and how you should be compensating me for loss of time/customers and money.

Avoid like the plague. Off hand and clearly disinterested in his job.

After taking a day off work to ensure I was around to receive the delivery for my sons Secondary school uniform, I just received a text saying Iwasnt around to sign for my delivery! Either my wife or myself have been in the front room the entire day to make sure we were around. Clearly the driver just wanted to take off early to and didn't even bother to deliver the package. The website says there should be a consignment card, well since your driver never came to our house he clearly didn't leave any card!
