“Mis-delivered parcel now stolen.”

On the 30th of June, 2014 I was sent a text message asking me to reply with the following text options: 1=Deliver to neighbour, 2=Wed, 3=Thu. Specifically not wanting option 1, I replied by text 2=Wed. I have photo proof of the text messages. When I returned home I didn’t see a parcel and presumed it was still on it’s way. Apparently I missed the first delivery so I scheduled for it to be delivered the next day. I apparently missed that one too. No card or notice was left even though I was informed via text that there had been . Tried to contact my local depot several times but the phone kept ringing off . “Worst courier in the area”

Interlink express is the only courier in our area that consistently fails to find my address. This morning the driver got to within 100yds of the house and even took a photo of my neighbours gate. He had to have driven past my clear sign posted drive. What irritates me more is that the email telling me that delivery had failed instructed me to contact the local office to "SPEAK" to someone to rearrange delivery. “partners do not work in france!”

as many of you are aware,delivery services in france do not work (except la poste which are good!)due to the fact alot of houses are not marked on gps! as a result the drivers connot find the house & simply give up & take the parcel to the nearest depot.the reason for this is they are 9 to 5 workers & really dont give a rats arse if they deliver it,also this must mean they cannot wind down the window or get out of the van to ask directions. my advise to everyone is if you order from france on a… Read Full Review

“Evasive, poor service - do not use”

While there are good and bad reviews on this site, beware of any service which does not provide a customer services contact number. Interlink Express' online contact form get's you a response 24 hours later, which in the case of a failed collection - plenty of stories on here about poor excuses for not collecting - is useless. “can't be bothered to ring bell”

I was waiting on my sofa with my mobile phone when i received an email advising me that delivery was attempted but i was not at home. I immediately called interlink who in turn told me that the driver rang mine and the neighbour's bell and noone answered. Not true. The bells are incredibly loud, it isimpossible not to hear. Paid for next day delivery and it took FOUR days. I was able to track the parcel as it wondered around the country eating up carbon miles and getting sent in the wrong direction. No apology and the remarks on their tracking site come across as if it is the normal way that they conduct business. Their site has no feedback area which is a clear indication of their "like it or lump it" attitude. “Flawless experience”

Having seen that mostly negative reviewers come here I decided to write one after my good experience. Parcel delivered next day, received a text with a tracking number and a link. Very good system as it allows you to choose a date/delivery day and time even. I didn't touch anything, it tracked all the way while in transit and from the depot onwards. Today was the second time Interlink Express failed to deliver a package I had ordered. On both occasions they said they could not deliver as nobody was in to sign for it. On both occasions they lied as somebody was home and awaiting the delivery. Both times, they failed to leave a card saying they had called which suggests they just didn't bother trying to deliver. This has to be the worst courier service I have ever encountered. A one - two day delivery ended up being six days. We required a pick up and delivery service to France ( not exactly the other side of the Universe). “cant follow instructions”

What is the point of having an answer service to request parcels to be left in safe place if the drivers completely ignore it. I left full instructions on the door and paper work where I wanted parcel leaving, but what happens? they completely ignore it and just put another- Sorry we missed you card in the letter box Instructions could be seen quite clearly from the gate. This has just happened to me, my neighbour actually seen the van , but the driver just too lazy or do this company run a scheme to see which drivers can mess the customer about the most. A rubbish delivery company don't use

“Poor experience of Interlink Express system”

Used three times lately. First time the goods were damaged and I was asked "Were they damaged when I sent them ?" !!!!!! Second time was a collection which did not arrive on the day and I had no communication from Interlink. By 4pm next day they had not arrived so I went to the Post Office and sent by Royal Mail. The courier tuned up unannounced at 6.00pm. Third time was last week when the goods were sent to me on Friday. Orde for a Tuxedo ordered wednesday evening delivered 11am Thursday morning. Online tracking was brillaint showed where driver was, how many drops he had to do and even when the parcel had been delivered. At the last minute when i was unable to get home in time for the delivery i found the option to deliver to my neighbour!
