“failed to deliver”

I was given a one hour time slot to receive and hand over a parcel. I have two doors adjacent with my house number and same colour on both doors. The delivery person knocked lightly on the one with the glass panels instead of the one with the heavy brass knocker. As I was in the back of the house I did not hear it. “Non-Delivery”

Some time ago I was supposed to receive a delivery from Interlink which needed to be signed for. The delivery was never delivered and the driver, when challenged regarding the signature, produced a signature which by no stretch of the imagination was mine, I can only assume he did it. I have had so many problems with them I am now taking them to the county court to try and retrieve my money. I read today that have it happening at a depot and sacked the driver. Says a lot for them! “Delivery shambles”

I was sent a text to tell me that my parcel would be delivered between 0700-2000, thought it was odd that I hadn't been sent a hour time slot, so I checked online. Online it said that there was an accident on the M25 and delivery would be the following day, later received a text to say would be delivered that day. I would not use interlink again for important parcels even with the extra insurance they make it impossible to claim. I supplied photographic evidence of the damaged items within the stated time frame but they ask for more and more evidence of which by the time they respond to your claim has usually been disposed of. Shambolic service and incompetent claims department who are clearly told to try get out of any claim for damaged items. I would avoid at all costs, if they break your items… Read Full Review

“rubbish delivery service”

Totally inflexible delivery service. And a pick up depot miles away. Unable to accept the easy instructions to deliver over the road so i can receive an urgent part for my car. Don't deliver Saturdays without charging more. These people are worst than Yodel and thats quite an achievement i poor service. I never, ever, want anything to do with Interlink ever again. text message saying no one was in.... they took a picture of a blu front door to 'prove' they'd been....which would be fine except my front door is brown. “my Urgent delivery was completely messed up!!!!!! ”

I did order things for my holiday. luckily i did check my email to track the number,,,then i find out the card has been left as no one was there to sign my parcel, but was no card left. “Unfair trading”

My next day package valued over £500 was damaged in transit and disposed of. I was only notified after chasing the packet on the third day! After spending over 30 mins with their customer services and being charged over £14 for that call I was told it was damaged in transit hense disappeared from their system. Awful experience... My advice is to look elsewhere for a more reliable service! I booked a collection and delivery from my smartphone and it seems you have to print the delivery label directly from the website - obviously not possible from a mobile phone when on the move!
