First company I have dealt with were you cannot contact them on the phone to find out were exactly your parcel is. Every other company dhl, city link, hdl, ups give you a phone number to contact them. Not time slot allocated..... Ultimately I may be forced to purchase the item that is due to be delivered to me elsewhere as the only reason I purchased was because of the next day delivery. Taken over a week from original delivery date, no one called at address like they said they did, no calling cards posted, Sent a delivery twice even though they couldn't find it the first time. I live in the middle of a town center with the main road running through it, hardly difficult to locate. Received an email yesterday saying the parcel would be delivered between "13.51 and 14.51" that day. (love those precise times!). No parcel appeared and, according to the tracking notice, nobody was at home and a card had been left. Complete nonsense. Ordered an electrical item from Freenet electrical to be delivered the next working day Freenet use Interlink Express for their deliveries. Parcel should have arrived between 16.45 and 17.45 but no one arrived. This is in relation to interlinkdirect (which I believe is part of interlinkexpress). I've used them twice now. The first time was about 5 months ago. It was a UK-UK delivery. It got there fine but my concerns were that they didn't collect on the day, I had to wait for the next day and I had to email to chase up. Having ordered an item, and paid for delivery by 01/05, I followed tracking and could see the item "out for delivery" on multiple successive days from their French Brive depot. I ordered some goods, worth approx £170 to be delivered to me. The weight of pack was more than 30kg. Happy driver, as I have looong driveway, "delivered" the parcel to neighbour, not the nearest one, but the one with shortest road for carrying the parcel. Of course, he had no authorization to do this, but this is a detail. As a service that I am paying for, it would be helpful that I get what I am asking for. I understand that they have lots of collections to do but when I have had confirmation on email from Customer Service dealing with my request to collect my parcel after 3pm as there will not be anybody home that is what I would expect to happen. These guys were by far the cheapest for returning a parcel to France from the UK, and although cheapest isn't always best I was very happy with the service. I didn't actually realise I was booking through these guys as the site is branded as Interlink Direct, not Express. However, the collection happened on time as stated and the delivery fulfilled within the 5-day time slot so I can't complain at all. Also known as Interlink Express DPD international DPD uk Offer a 2 day service to Europe Apparently they shut down for Easter in the UK. They might have done the same in France with my parcel at their depot, but the only day that is a holiday in France was Easter Monday. Good Friday is a normal working day. We tried to send parcels to the US, when our customers ask for tracking numbers. We got a tracking screen with know contact details and a message saying in the US. Compared to UPS and Fed Ex this system is hopeless. They are closed for the Easter holidays, this is a company claiming on the telephone messages to have 2 million parcels traveling world wide. Ok lets start off positive. There is one delivery driver who will help out whenever he can. They sacked my past regular driver for leaving a parcel with the neighbour. Im a small business owner trying to build my business up all my clients are very inportant to me and I work on a quick turn around basis for many of them this means I need the best parcel service. Ordered 2 items from Kiddisave. Tracker said 2 items, the note on the parcel when it came said 2 items. I was expected to sign for 2 items even though was only delivering one. When I said I wasn't signing for 1 parcel when it said he was delivering 2 the driver became very aggressive telling me if I didn't sign for this one I wouldn't get this parcel or my fcuk ing other parcel either. You need to phone Interlink Express head office in Birmingham and they are some company for DPD and ask the switchboard to put you to Chief Executive and they will help you.
I had few problems with Interlink Express Depot in Nuneaton and I phone to they head office and they help me and sort the problem for me and I got my parcel and incident happened in February 2013.

Interlink were supposed to deliver my package(s) today. I woke up at 8am to a text giving me a "delivery window" of 8am-7pm. Great start. At 9:30am I received an email stating that the delivery had failed. I have now waited in for two days for this lot to collect two parcels. I was told by the company that collection had been arranged for Friday 8 March. No courier and on enquiry I was informed that they were too busy! Nothing on Saturday. Monday 11 March I am told collection will be between 11.03 and 12.03. Nothing. I have, unlike many other reviews, had great experience with Interlink Express. I received my parcel today during the allocated hour time slot, with a 5kg steel pan costing me only £4.95 delivery (Next Day!) I would certainly use Interlink Express again. Great service, great value! (read more)

Our package was delivered to the wrong house, even though the correct address was on the package. The tracker said 'delivered, signed by ****** (our surname' but I had been waiting in and hadn't not signed anything! My husband called and was advised it had been left by the shed. It hadn't. All the reviews from other people speak for themselves, mine is no different. Few words to describe :Liars, rude, not responsible, lazy and so on and on....In my opinion it has to be some reason behind this that they been in your address when they were not. Because it seems that they do not deliver on purpose. I think it has some connection with petrol money, they just lie to go there again and again. Interlink gave us a one hour slot for collection of a parcel which needed to be returned today to avoid paying another month's rental. We waited in and looked out for them but they did not turn up, and sent an email saying that we were not in when they came. We may now have to pay an extra month rental for the item. I cannot contact them by phone. I will now have to use another day of my annual leave to wait in for them again. (read more)

I've read numerous bad reviews about Interlink & was expecting the worst when I found out that my goods were being delivered by them. However, the item arrived exactly within their 1 hour time slot. My brother's Christmas present arrived today, I never gave my permission to anyone to go into my garden, the delivery men unlocked my back gate then proceeded to open my shed and I can only assume they then threw the parcel in there as there is a giant tare in the box. You tell them a day to deliver, take a day to work from home, wait all day, even get told the hour it will be delivered, then you receive an email saying "sorry you weren't home, please arrange another time to deliver". Interlink Express look efficient, sending an email telling you when they are comming. However the time passes and then they send another email saying they couldn't deliver because you were out, and that they left a card. Do not use this lot. I have had an absolute nightmare with them including arranging for me to drive a 1hr 20min to collect a parcel as agreed on the telephone the previous evening, get there to find a notice saying the office was closed due to illness, for parcel collection ring a mobile number, rang the number which just constantly went to voicemail. Having received a text message from Interlink on 22/12/12 stating that my parcel (a Christmas present) would be delivered on Christmas Eve, I waited in all day -and, of course, nothing came. Ordered an item from a high street retailer. My gas boiler broken down and engineer ordered a gas valve on 17th December 2012. The item was meant to deliver by Interlink Express on 19th December 2012. We tracked the parcel online using interlink tracking service. It says it deliver between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm but it has not delivered mentioned time on item tracking service. Update:
Saturday, 13 april, yesterday I was sent the telephone number of the local French depot. No reply since I tried late yesterday afternoon. This morning still no change on both the DPD and interlink Express tracking websites, my parcel is still classed as being at the depot.
That makes it 17 days since Interlink have had my parcel, and for 14 days it has been in the dpot.???
