“Avoid at all costs, greedy company and poor customer...”

Take your business elsewhere, this company add extra charges onto your invoice in the hope you will not notice. I have had extra liability insurance added on without my consent and also they have weighed my consignment as 50kg when it should have been 30kg, ( it was removed when I complained, I logged into my account and proved that I loaded it on correctly ) invoices are nearly always wrong and it is a battle to try to prove the item was in fact the correct size, I have had to send them a… Read Full Review

“Useless Outfit”

I ordered an item on Ebay and was impressed that they despatched it within an hour or so. I also had follow-up messages with an expected delivery date and time slot. It even gave me the diver's name. All looked good until the time slot passed without any sign of the parcel. The tracking system merely stated that 'the diver could not find the address'. Paid for premium Saturday service. Texted to say delivery would be made between 4pm and 5pm. “We send tens of thousands of parcels a year with them!”

I work for a company who has used Interlink for over 3 years now, and we send tens of thousands of parcels per year. Only a small fraction have problems. Their customer service can be a little on the vague side sometimes and their handling skills could be a little gentler. The biggest problem this company has is recipients not being in, which isn't actually their fault. “Mis-delivered parcel now stolen.”

On the 30th of June, 2014 I was sent a text message asking me to reply with the following text options: 1=Deliver to neighbour, 2=Wed, 3=Thu. That can't be true. I'm a interlink driver and I promise you it's in the drivers interest to deliver all his parcels. It's very frustrating but sometimes people just don't hear the door or are too busy talking on the phone to answer the door to you and they expect you to wait for ages to answer the door.

Apparently I missed the first delivery so I scheduled for it to be delivered the next day. I apparently missed that one too. “Worst courier in the area”

Interlink express is the only courier in our area that consistently fails to find my address. This morning the driver got to within 100yds of the house and even took a photo of my neighbours gate. He had to have driven past my clear sign posted drive. What irritates me more is that the email telling me that delivery had failed instructed me to contact the local office to "SPEAK" to someone to rearrange delivery. “partners do not work in france!”

as many of you are aware,delivery services in france do not work (except la poste which are good!)due to the fact alot of houses are not marked on gps! as a result the drivers connot find the house & simply give up & take the parcel to the nearest depot.the reason for this is they are 9 to 5 workers & really dont give a rats arse if they deliver it,also this must mean they cannot wind down the window or get out of the van to ask directions. my advise to everyone is if you order from france on a… Read Full Review

I'm an interlink express driver. We are not allowed to carry anything over 30kgs for health and safety reasons. Kiddycare were also a bit naughty as they know not to send parcels over 30kg with us. Unless it's sent as freight which is something that would be on a pallet and unloaded by forklift. The driver was well within his rights by refusing to carry a 60 kg parcel upstairs. I know my boss would and has backed me up when I've refused to lift similar weight parcels.

While there are good and bad reviews on this site, beware of any service which does not provide a customer services contact number. Interlink Express' online contact form get's you a response 24 hours later, which in the case of a failed collection - plenty of stories on here about poor excuses for not collecting - is useless. I was waiting on my sofa with my mobile phone when i received an email advising me that delivery was attempted but i was not at home. I immediately called interlink who in turn told me that the driver rang mine and the neighbour's bell and noone answered. Not true. The bells are incredibly loud, it isimpossible not to hear. Not true as a interlink driver I can assure you it's in every drivers interest to deliver all his parcels. It's frustrating but sometimes people are at home but don't answer the door. Perhaps you fell asleep or something or was distracted

Paid for next day delivery and it took FOUR days. I was able to track the parcel as it wondered around the country eating up carbon miles and getting sent in the wrong direction. No apology and the remarks on their tracking site come across as if it is the normal way that they conduct business. Their site has no feedback area which is a clear indication of their "like it or lump it" attitude. “Flawless experience”

Having seen that mostly negative reviewers come here I decided to write one after my good experience. Parcel delivered next day, received a text with a tracking number and a link. Very good system as it allows you to choose a date/delivery day and time even. I didn't touch anything, it tracked all the way while in transit and from the depot onwards. Today was the second time Interlink Express failed to deliver a package I had ordered. On both occasions they said they could not deliver as nobody was in to sign for it.
