Given 1 star as option for no stars doesn't exist! Goods collection ordered online on 29/06/2015 for 'next day' confirmed delivery after collection. Parcels collected on 30/06/2015 but I queried the different consignment number given at time of collection from that consignment number given with order. “lazy liar delivery driver”

You driver was too lazy to find my flat once into our complex which my husband let him into via door entry system. I received a text to say nobody was in so had to arrange next day. I had given instructions to a lady on phone to tell him how to get to my flat and also said I would come to the main entrance to let him in. we stayed in all day and nobody came. After rearranging a re-delivery to coincide with my only day off work, Interlink sent an email saying that on the morning of the delivery day they will send an email telling me when the 'predicted 1 hour window' for re-delivery was. Sounds very useful, so one can go out shopping, etc. and only spend a maximum of 1 hour waiting at home for the parcel. i was waiting for a delivery from interlink express, i recived numerous texts and emails to let me know when they would be arriving (Between 12:42 - 01:42) i was in when they posted a card to say sorry we missed you, at 12:45 i noticed this card on the matt? Do they not wait for 3 mins, he must have been writing this card at 12:40...? “Fantastic Service”

First the parcel was sent to Northern England instead of the South West. Parcel delayed one day. Second the address and contact numbers provided to the company were not correctly transcribed to the parcel or the driver. Parcel delayed two days. I've had two parcels from companies using this service one was left with a "Neighbor" 15 houses away when I asked about this I was told they can "leave it with someone else in the area", the second time they left the parcel only three doors away but with someone letting a couple view the house so my parcel was then locked in the empty house until I could arrange a time for the owner to come over and let me in. Waited in all day and no parcel was delivered. I then phoned the depo and got abuse of a very nasty man who was just very rude and not willing to listen to me explain where to leave the parcel in a safe place. I felt very upset after that phone call. AVOID this company at all costs. I have never had any problems with any other delivery service and I use them alot. I sent a parcel to a customer on the 16th December (yes I appreciate it is right before Christmas but poor service is still no excuse). I use interlink regularly and have even built a rapport with our local collections driver . I have never had any issues until this delivery and now quite frankly I will be taking my services elsewhere, due to the inadequate customer service I have received. Tracking a £300 order on their website, got near to my turn and status immediately changed to Could not find address/gain access. (They are a courier company.. they can ask directions / look on a satnav/ phone and it showed their courier supposedly 2 miles away before my turn) NO attempt was made at the address, no footprints in snow, no closed gates etc, and i am waiting looking out for them.
