“Useless and terrible service”

I waited in all day, no one knocked and then parcel was delivered to a neighbour but no card was put through our door from Interlink to let us know. Online it was saying it had not been delivered but the sender had received an email to say it had been delivered. When I spoke to customer services they had no clue what had gone on and said it had been put on the system twice for some unknown reason, clearly by another person who isn't doing their job correctly. “rip off price increases”

Beware of Interlink express, they randomly decided to increase our delivery prices, by TRIPLING the cost of each parcel. A reasonable % increase wouldn't have bothered us, but TRIPLE the original cost is outrageous.. When we asked for a partial refund on the parcels sent out before the increase was noted, the answer was a resounding no. “lazy, incompetent, or both?”

how difficult is it to deliver a parcel to a flat that has an intercom system? Twice this useless company failed to deliver a parcel whilst we were sitting at home waiting for it. Either too lazy to enter the property via the intercom, or unable to follow simple instructions clearly explained on the intercom system..... i.e. hashtag and flat number. I sent a parcel to Australia. On the second day I tried to track my item but it said item had not been collected. I contacted customer services who confirmed this, however it had definitely been collected. After three days they admitted it was on its way but gave me a tracking number that was invalid on the site so I couldn't track my parcel.. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely shocking! Made no attempt to deliver. Left no card. When I pursued this. I was told it was delivered to number 7 and signed for by Flanagan. “Delivery not received and bad customer care”

I Paid Interlink Express to collect and deliver a parcel I even paid extra top up insurance for the parcel , they collected the parcel and then it was taken to their Enifield depot. I was given a one hour time slot to receive and hand over a parcel. I have two doors adjacent with my house number and same colour on both doors. The delivery person knocked lightly on the one with the glass panels instead of the one with the heavy brass knocker. As I was in the back of the house I did not hear it. Some time ago I was supposed to receive a delivery from Interlink which needed to be signed for. The delivery was never delivered and the driver, when challenged regarding the signature, produced a signature which by no stretch of the imagination was mine, I can only assume he did it. I would not use interlink again for important parcels even with the extra insurance they make it impossible to claim. I supplied photographic evidence of the damaged items within the stated time frame but they ask for more and more evidence of which by the time they respond to your claim has usually been disposed of. Totally inflexible delivery service. And a pick up depot miles away. Unable to accept the easy instructions to deliver over the road so i can receive an urgent part for my car.
