    Interlink Express at Markfield, Leicester are useless and obstructive. Their automated re-delivery system is woefully inadequate and the staff don't seem to care if goods are delivered or not. After 2 failed attempts to deliver my goods, one of which had been pre-arranged with a neighbour who was in all day, I was informed that I had to collect my parcel from the depot, 10 miles away. The staff didn't care that I have no transport. I cancelled by order for the goods and told the company I'd ordered from that they should use a decent delivery company.

    in the garden literally 3 foot away from door behind big fence,guy puts sorry we missed you card through door,wouldn't it be easier to ring the bell.
    when rang to complain at thornaby depot guy tells me not to shout and hangs up on me.
    great customer service.
    if this buasiness is an offshoot of the post office they too have suicidial tendencies in business.
    if people are buying into a franchise like this,be careful you have the back up-customer service/empathy skills are zero.

    Having waited for 6 weeks for a special parcel i was extremely disappointed with your service.My car was parked in the front drive and my garage door was wide open when the delivery man called. My wife and i were at the side of our house and then my wife noticed the driver getting back into the van, my wife chased after him but to no avail. Seems he could not get away quick enough.He may of rung the front door bell but certainly did not attempt to come round the side or the back of the house.

    I received a yellow card from Interlink Express yesterday (Friday) morning and phoned the customer services number to either rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. After going through various options I was told to contact my local depot, at Woolwich. It's now Saturday morning and I still haven't managed to speak to anyone at the depot. I've phoned over a dozen times and each time I get a recorded message saying "all our operatives are busy".

    Interlink Express are useless.
    I was out when they tried to deliver and the driver left a nice polite card. No problems there. I accessed their online service and requested a week day delivery. I waited in all day and no delivery. No one from the company contacted me.
    I tracked the package and it had been on the van that day. The next day it was on the van for delivery. Waited in again and still no delivery. I tried to phone the depot and got through. They put the phone down before I even had a ...

    hi,have just waited in all day for a parcel ,on their tracking page it was supposed to be delivered today 20th oct,they collected it on the 19th oct.it was loaded on the van at 0819 this morning,it is now 2100.i will be contacting the sender. ihave clicked one star but it should be minus 5

    i work for interlink as a driver and have just seen all complaints...it is a shame there are a large amount of complaints and i just wish you were all on my round as i do leave cards and always attempt to deliver all parcels what ever the weather ...i went out in last years snow and yes i got stuck but i didn't want to let my customers down...had to be dug out twice !!! not all depots are the same so do not give up on interlink as there are a lot worse than us out there .... just look at royal m ...

    This company is utter rubbish and I would urge anyone not to use them. Unfortunately, in the majority of cases - it is not up to you who is used as a courier when you order an item - if it were then choose any company other than interlink express!
    When I ordered my item, I made it clear to the supplier that I would be at work when any delivery took place - could I have it delivered to work? I could not - due to the credit card address being registered to my home.

    An Interlink Express driver posted a redelivery card without ringing my doorbell. Customer services were extremely rude and unhelpful, denying my claim, insisting I was wrong and suggesting that I was abusing staff. Terrible service, definitely not recommended.

    Completely useless. Waited at home 11 hours for a parcel from Interlink Express Courier Service only to be told that delivery had been attempted and a card left - a barefaced lie. Customer service were worse than useless - basically said their terms don't provide any guarantee that they will deliver on the day they say they will.

    I bought an amplifier from a classified ad that was 50kg in total, over 2 packages. After reading the reviews on here, I was quite scared that the amp wouldn't even show up, but it showed up well before the 3pm mark (10:30 am in fact!), the guy who delivered it was very friendly and helpful, and he also carried the packages inside my front door, and not left them outside. I would definitely use Interlink again. The only thing that I didn't like was that the tracking number didn't work on the web ...

    Absolutely useless. Waited all day for a parcel from Interlink Express Courier Service. Using the parcel tracker, discovered that Interlink claimed to have attempted a delivery but been unable to enter the carpark at the property, and so took the parcel back to the depot, leaving a card. Despite the claims of the online parcel tracking system, no card was left. If they even attempted to deliver the parcel the driver made no attempt to contact the property to deliver the parcel.     DO NOT USE INTERLINK EXPRESS. Worst service ever, they should be closed down. They rarely deliver on the day they're supposed to, never ring your bell and don't bother to leave a card. The driver will even forge your signature and dump your package somewhere. Customer service are incapable of sorting anything out. There are loads of other couriers out there that are happy to have your business.

    The fact that you can't actually speak to anyone on the phone at interlink set alarm bells ringing. I've never seen that with a courier firm, there is no CS number anywhere and the number they do give is fully automated! Needless to say my delivery didn't arrive when they stated, the online redelivery option facility would be great if anyone bothered to do anything with the requests, they seem to to disappear into the same black hole as the parcels they are trying to deliver.     Absolute rubbish. I bought something off a seller on ebay. Now I find he uses Interlink Express. The depot is 40 miles away from where I live and they refuse to redeliver to my parents address which is 12 doors away but on the next street.

    The phone people are rubbish. I was told to leave the card outside and they would leave the parcel in my porch today.

    Got home, no parcel.

    I rang them AGAIN and they say they're sending out on Friday.

    I ordered a printer cartridge on Saturday afternoon from Cartridge Save and they used Interlink Express to deliver it. On Monday I got an e-mail saying the cartridge had been shipped. On Tuesday I got a card from Interlink Express saying that I was not at the address they tried to deliver to. Nonsense!     Interlink Courier Service must be the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Why any company would risk it's customer service reputation by trusting Interlink to deliver their parcels or documents defeats me.
    Twice I placed orders with firms who have subsequently used Interlink. The first time the order took a fortnight to reach me (overnight service) with Interlink excusing themselves by saying the supplier hadn't actually despatched the goods - which they had.

    i ordered safety clothes off a web site for my husband they said it'll take 2 days for delivery, 2 weeks on the items have not arrived ive phoned Interlink Express Courier Service on numerous occasions and was told that the parcels where lost in transit, im still waiting for the new items to arrive its a disgrace how long it takes to deliver something thats shouldnt take soo long id have been quicker flying over to the uk and collecting it myself!!

    I paid extra to get delivery by 3pm the next day. I phoned interlink at 2.20pm and was met 'what's your problem' your delivery's not late. I phoned again at 3.10pm to be told the driver could not find my house and they had sent an e-mail message to the supplier to ask for more details.     I ordered from a website that promised next day delivery. However it was to be delivered by Interlink Express...nothing express about them. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone, after numerous phone calls and promises of reply by email/phone calls... nothing.
    Irate would be the nicest way to put how I feel, going to send them my bill for Time wasted (1 day), Phone Calls (2 + mins on hold), Delivery Charge (refund as not as described).
    Probably get ane email saying they've lost it!!!!
