    After recieving sales pitches from several agents Allen & Harris stood out from the crowd as being very motivated.

    I felt the gave an optimistic price on my house but I thought I would give them the chance to sell.

    Within one week I had recieved several offers and eventually sold for 8K over asking price.

    Excellent service and promt feedback.

    I used allen & Harris to sell my home in Oxford, They gave a good sales pitch. When doing viewing they always asked for the business.

    All very good on the sales pitch with Allen & Harris Estate Agents but upfront fees and a confusing fee structure followed by little or no feedback make for a patchy if not terrible experience. When wanting to change agents the so called free HIP that was offered was no longer free.
