Good Points: I love the stainless steel and the way the racks are set up....after 5 years of owning it, I just found out the upper rack is adjustable - wow.
Bad Points: Rinsing agent dispenser confusing to fill...big deal!
General comments: We have the Bosch 4300 series with a cabinet front....about 6 years old. If anyone has a problem with the cleaning from a Bosch dishwasher, try reducing the amount of soap you use by about 1/2....reduce even more if your water is softened about 1/2 way up to the lowest line. This was recommended to us by a repairman who loved Bosch dishwashers, but had heard complaints about consumers thinking their dishes looked dirty. The water gets so hot in the Bosch dishwasher, I honestly think you get more cleaning accomplished from that than from the soap!
I recommend getting a higher line than the 4300 series....we have had problems with the plastic control panel.
