    Good Points: Quiet.


    Bad Points: Breaks down all the time.


    General comments: I have had this dishwasher for approximately 7 years..
    I love how quiet it is...but it doesn't clean that well and always has problems and repairs .. probably 3 service repairs in 7 years . Our friends had the same model and got rid of it after 3 years.
    Not worth the money.
    I will think twice before buying a Bosch again !

    My Bosch SHU5312UC/U11 dishwasher looked sleek when we bought it. Next time I'll go with functionality and durability over looks.

    Pump has no effective screen and jams with the smallest of chicken bones. No instruction on clearance in handbook, forcing callout. Job takes 5 mins and could be done easily for which charged £60 when still in guarantee. Customer service intransigent and disinterested - as is this consumer. No more Bosch coming to this household.

    Bought this model Bosch SHU5312UC/U11 July 2000. After short while control panel went out. Had to remove washer and take it up north of Atlanta to have them repair it since they don't provide service in our area. After repair, had to go back up and pick it up and re-install it. Not really all that convenient. Last night after dinner went into the kitchen and smelled something electrical burning and the dishwasher had stopped running with no display to indicate a problem (unless you feel the no d ...
