    Good Points: None

    Bad Points: Judging from others experiences with this company it seems par for the course.

    General comments: Ordered an item on ebay from Hemplan in Gloucestershire who sent it on April 21st by ANC Courier Service for delivery to me in Belgium at a cost of 28 pounds UK. It is now May 3rd and it is still not delivered. Worst service I have ever experienced!

    Still waiting on a 24hr delivery service placed with ANC Courier Service on the 18th March 2009 todays date is now 30th march 2009 and we are still waiting for our order which was paid for also on the 18th to arrive, I'm told it will be here tomorrow, watch this space I'll let you know.

    Previously wasted 3 separate days waiting in for a parcel with ANC, kept being promised faithfully it would be there. Waited in all day yesterday for a parcel of outboard motor parts to rebuild the motor during this week that I've taken off work specially. Contacted parts firm to enquire why no delivery, informed me they used ANC. ANC said they'd tried to deliver and had left a card - they hadn't. My week has been wasted as I can't get any sense, do they have my parcel or not? they say they don' ...

    I found ANC Courier Service very poor! How can it take more than 2 days to deliver from Sydney CBD to Cronulla? It's only an hour away on the train!

    This courier left us a card when someone was in (must have not heard them knock). Then said they would deliver it next day - no one showed and now saying we told them that we would collect it from depot (we didn't!).

    Alleged to have delivered it, but came home to find nothing. Driver had a cheek to say on his paper work dated 22-02 -2008 that `posted in letter box' in block capitals..

    ..continued from the bad points:They sometimes attempt redeliveries on wrong dates.Their collection point is in the bottom of the world.So in short, if you are going to have something delivered to your home address and you happen to work, it almost certainly means a day off for the privilege.It's a 'non-delivery' company who do everything possible to not deliver.I am amazed people use them more than once.

    Lost my biggest contract due to these people. Very important parcel was delivered late even though i paid the premium to get it there early. The delivery drivers excuse was he couldn't get his vehicle out of the yard (the delivery address was 200metres from the dispatch depot!)

    Purchased 3 time sensitive items at the same time from an internet supplier using ANC Courier service to be delivered together. Never used them before so totally unpredjudiced. Waited 3 days for 1st parcel that arrived yesterday containing 2 of the 3 items which is fine except for the fact they have no knowledge of a 2nd parcel containing 3rd item.Received a message yesterday afternoon saying i need to call my local ANC depot as they have an address query with regards to a parcel for me.     My first bad experience with ANC Courier was when I inadvertently ordered from someone who used them as a supplier. I came home to find a card through the door. Fine. I contacted the depot, but on that occasion there was no answer. I left a message on the answer phone requesting a Friday delivery. I waited in all day on Friday, but the parcel did not arrive.     I was waiting for a package to arrive from these people at the start of the week, and of course, the package never turned up. After numerous phone calls I gave them another quick call this morning to find out where my package was, and after giving their customer service rep my tracking number, I was told "Oh, it never arrived with us" and then she promptly hung up!     Three days after the actual delivery date, I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive. After finaly getting hold of somebody at ANC Courier Services I have been told that they can't find the address. They told me then they would call me back if they find where we are. Needless to say I am still waiting.... I would personally never buy from a company again that uses ANC delivery.

    I ordered a present from a company that uses ANC as couriers. Waited until 5 pm on the day; then called the company and they informed me that it was delivered to the wrong depot and will not get to me until the next day when I had absolutely no use of it. I canceled my order and was left with a very unpleasant experience. My advice to customers is - don't buy from a supplier that uses ANC as courier.     ANC Courier Service I found to be a waste of space! Screwfix started using them too and if that continues, I won't be using screwfix again.

    We use ANC to deliver to our customers and usually have no problems at all. On an odd occasion we get a problem it is usually sorted quickly. As we get deliveries from many delivery companies it is apparent that the quality and timing of any delivery service is down to individual drivers, many are excellent, others are less so.

    I waited in for five consecutive days for ANC to collect a package from my home. they even told me that last Friday and yesterday afternoon, the driver called, There was no one in and the driver left a card. This is just outrageous! At 7pm last night a van finally turned up, but that was a private contractor sent from 60 miles away.

    ANC Courier Service is a disgraceful company with very poor communication and even worse service. I have now waited for 2 days for a time critical component of a promotion pack we're putting together and are now late on delivery ourselves for a brand new client. Do not use or more to the point do not let your supplier use this company if what you're sending has any importance to you whatsoever.

    Some internet purchases that I have made have been delivered by ANC Courier Service. The deliveries always tend to be a day late more often than not. On a few occasions, I have had to go to the local ANC depot myself to collect. They have always been able to provide me with my parcels without any signs of damage during transit at the depots quickly and at the door they have seemed organised.     For the second time in seven days, I am sitting, waiting for a promised delivery. Excuses went from: "could not find you", to "the van broke down". I collected the last parcel at the ANC Courier Service depot, but this one is in transit. This one was supposed to have been upgraded to before 12:00am. It is already late. I have been waiting all morning.

    In the last week I have experienced no fewer than four missed collections (from an address in Central London - not hard to find). And to add insult to injury, this week, ANC Courier Service returned a package for me to the sender, the day after I called to arrange a redelivery! This company sets a new low in an industry where poor performance is the norm.
