    Good Points: Atmosphere
    The overall experience


    Bad Points: Current city situation


    General comments: Many of you would never think of Hull as a destination for a city break, but I must say that I never thought of it either. It is a wonderfully vibrant city, with a heart like no other I have been to in the UK!
    However, I would strongly advise any of you thinking about visiting Hull to not visit at the current time. Serious re-developments are taking place, and we found that it was very difficult to reach places as main roads were closed.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hull, and it was a nice change from the usual monotony of city breaks. There were plenty of places to visit, including the amazing Deep Submarium, and the museums were wonderful.

    It is a wonderful city, but it is just such a shame that it has such a bad reputation! I would strongly recommend visiting Hull!
