I had taken a car loan during Nov'06 at Cochin and my ECS date is 7th of every month. During jan'07, HDFC Bank's collection person had asked me to pay the EMI through cash since my ECS is not cleared. But when I checked my Statement HDFC had taken my EMI before 7th itself. I showed him my statement and closed this issue. but during Oct or December 07 I asked them to send me my loan statement since they r not sending me the same and found that they had not cleared that Jan issue and added late payment , interest etc., I had sent several mail to the Collection manager Nitesh & Earnest but no proper response from them. They asked me to show the statement again and i had done that again during Feb' 08 and asked for a letter stating that till feb my EMIs are cleared. But they had sent me a letter stating the same old story that my jan'07 EMI is not cleared due to technical problem. I think someone from HDFC bank had looted this money and again asking me the money. Also, during feb'08 and 6months before they asked me to pay the EMI through cash for the respective months wherein it has already been cleared from my Bank Account. Can any Top person/ Genuine person in HDFC help me to sort this issue immediately?

We knew somebody at the HDFC bank and they were extremely co-operative. We applied for a car loan and submitted all the proper papers, and they had everything ready in three days.
