    I used the website to place an order, was given an order number but it didn't go through. Was asked to try again which I did several times to no avail. They then took my order over the phone which didn't arrive so I checked only to be told there was no order for me. They offered to reorder but the price had gone up so I declined as they weren't prepared to honour the orginal order. I will be monitoring my bank account for some time to check none of the payments go through.

    I didnt want to give any stars but had to and wouldnt recommend them to anyone, it's worth paying a couple of £'s more to get good service elsewhere.

    The PVR Direct web site was very user friendly, with a wide range of Tools for the DIY-er and professional user. They offer the leading brands, including Draper and Sealey tools.

    They also offer a range of power tools at the best prices.

    PVR Direct are really good. I found the Sealey AK2555 more expensive on other websites. PVR Directs prices are very low for Sealey products and other tools.
