    Good Points: Very prompt and polite.
    No pressure, and a friendly consultative sales approach. Good advice and very straight talking.


    Bad Points: Can't fault them really.


    General comments: I had some strange experiences when looking for wedding cars, and I got the sense that some car companies had little experience or understanding as to how important it was that we got the right car. They just pushed what they wanted. Touch of Class really tried to understand my needs, and they were really helpful. Good website - with lots of useful info and pictures.
