Good Points: Very good customer service, and all the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable.
Bad Points: Website design is a bit outdated, but this doesn't matter very much, as everything is done over the phone.
General comments: Exceptional overall service. I only needed a small life insurance policy, but it was complicated. I was blown away by the fast service from First Life Options, and the price was the lowest I could find (and I'm always shopping around).

If you need a life insurance policy sorted out fast, and your needs are slightly more complicated than the man on the street, then First Life Options is a good place to start.
