    Good Points: Excellent value for money
    Relaxing resort


    Bad Points: Hilly


    General comments: Puerto de Santiago is the ideal destination for a quiet relaxing holiday.

    We booked flights direct with BA (who worked out cheaper than a charter flight) and we booked the El Marques apartment via www.holidaylettings.co.uk.

    The accommodation was duplex with bedrooms downstairs to make best use of the balcony views. It was nice to have more room than a hotel room. The apartment was clean, although the bathrooms could do with refurbishment. The reception staff were very helpful. We arrived late and a security guard helped us take our bags to our apartment. The pool area was clean and there was a life guard on duty. We mostly ate in the local restaurants which are very good. We will definitely stay here again!
