I ordered a trampoline. I received a confirmation email saying on what day it will arrive and a time from 6am till 7pm, but when it hasn't arrived by 5.30pm that day I called Kybotech to check it will still get here by 7pm. I expected Kybotech to just call the delivery driver and check when (if) it will arrive. But Kybotech said that they don't have a contact number for the driver as another company does the delivery. The money has left the account within hours and the corresponding communication from the company has been appalling...no accountability no responsibility. Intend on contacting trading standards. I ordered the pirate Bay waterslide for my sons 8th Birthday. The description and pictures showed an excellent product and the video even better. I wanted a large waterslide as my son is eight so wanted it to last at least two years or more for him and at £399.95 expected something quite spectacular and as shown in the pictures. Thought this Mad Dash Junior Playhouse would make a lovely Christmas present for our grandchildren. Ordered a playhouse from Outdoor Toys on the Monday - money came off card the next day and was told it would be delivered on the Thursday. When nothing arrived rang them to be told by a very rude man that it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be in stock. THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO RATING.
This company is gr8 at taking your money and sending you the goods. But should you have any issues as I have done needing replacement parts for the trampoline within the warranty period...good luck. Phones are never answered. Just automated messages suggesting you are on hold and then automatically cutting you off. Noone replies to your email.

Took ages for shed to be delivered we rang up to chase it only to find their phone number is a premium one and cost 2.50 for a 20 minute call. The play house from Outdoor Toys Direct when it came was of reasonable quality for the price. Relatively simple to build all the parts were there and in good order. (read more)

Outdoor Toys Direct are an absolute bunch of cowboys. Difficult in the first instance to get through on the telephone. Then when I requested that they collect the trampoline (which arrived in very battered packaging), they supposedly booked in a slot for collection - which did not happen. They also could provide no tracking number for the collection so that I could chase it up. (read more)

Do not use this company!
I ordered a Little Tikes slide a month ago, e-mailed the company three times and received no response.
Whilst waiting (for ages) on the phone I came across these reviews and decided to cancel the order. Have been told I need to now e-mail the cancellation through and after they have received the email it will then take a further two weeks for the money to be credited to my card!
I suggested to them that it may be better practice to charge peoples cards once the goods...

I orered a 10ft trampoline Tues 06/05/08 that was to be delivered within 2-5 workings days. The payment was taken Wed 07/05/08. The trampoline was still being sold online on Fri 09/05/08. Today I received an e-mail advising it was discontinued (their own product). Options are e-mail link to cancel order (this doesn't work on my pc and no idea when I would received refund) or phone sales line with 15-30 min wait. If you were aware of the issues why was nothing done to rectify them? Have you apologised to those customers affected ? No, I didn't think so. Just the usual statement issued - end of problem. It is a pity that these problems still seem to be a major factor at Kybotech. Nothing seems to have changed, even after the 're-shuffle' of management you describe.

When we ordered the climbing frame / swing set we were not told they were moving warehouse thus there may be a delay in delivery and secondly once they moved they did not tell us it was out of stock. After repeated calls and being held in a queue for 15 minutes all you get is "someone will call you back" or the phone number of the supplier which the supplier then advised us should not have been given to us. I ordered climbing frame for 10 day delivery almost a month ago, and we are still waiting.
I have emailed Outdoor Toys Direct every day for the past week, without so much as a thank you we are dealing with your enquiry.
The phone queue to customer services was 25 minutes +, and when we did get through, we were told delivery would take another month?! 'This is a popular item, we are awaiting stock'. Apparently the item was in stock when we placed our order, we have not been notified of any...

In general I had a good experience with outdoor toys direct. They delivered the product I wanted fast and it was of a higher than expected quality and easy to put together. The one issue I did have is getting through to people in the call centre. Once through staff were friendly and polite although not always informed about what they needed to be.
The site is easy to navigate even for me and I think overall I am happy with the company. My neighbour also made a purchase.

Some days after ordering (and taking the money off the card) they emailed with a new delivery charge of 15%. We paid that reluctantly to get our son his birthday present, but then a week after that they emailed to say they didn't have the Trampoline we'd ordered, and we could either wait several weeks or order a new one, which happened to be more expensive, so we cancelled. Did you get a refund in the end, I bought from this company only to read the Regis aft giving my credit card details!
So just wondering if you got it back and if so how long did it take and if you have any tips when dealing with them.
Wen speaking to a lady today from their phone lines, she said to email the normal address to cancel and I would get refunded within 7 days, but. These reviews make me think I'm going to be ringing and emailing for some time.
