    kids quad bike delivered broken. Requested a replacement or refund and replacement was promised.I have made daily calls and sent numerous e mails. After 4 weeks no contact , no refund NOTHING. The Worst company I have ever dealt with - do not deal with Outdoor Toys Direct. Would not have given any stars but seems star system means I had to give something.TOTAL DISGRACE

    Terrible. Have never dealt with a company like this. Firstly placed my order online, but checked by phone that delivery was, as shown 2-5 days. Outdoor Toys Direct confirmed. Expected the playhouse to arrive in good time for my daughter's birthday/party. Was told two days before the birthday that it was scheduled for delivery the next week (2 weeks after ordering, bear in mind their 2-5 days on website) Man I spoke to had absolutely no customer relations training and was rude, aggressive a ...

    Took ages for shed to be delivered we rang up to chase it only to find their phone number is a premium one and cost 2.50 for a 20 minute call. The play house from Outdoor Toys Direct when it came was of reasonable quality for the price. Relatively simple to build all the parts were there and in good order.

    Outdoor Toys Direct are an absolute bunch of cowboys. Difficult in the first instance to get through on the telephone. Then when I requested that they collect the trampoline (which arrived in very battered packaging), they supposedly booked in a slot for collection - which did not happen. They also could provide no tracking number for the collection so that I could chase it up.

    the item was not delivered on specified date, when it was delivered the item is broken, now we are looking for a refund, I have had no response from emails or phone calls yet.

    This is one of the worst companies I have dealth with. Money debited from my account immediately, and our climbing frame is yet to arrive THREE MONTHS LATER! We have been calling and emailing them constantly, and had no reply as of yet. I think they are the worst online retailer yet!

    Over two weeks ago I ordered a product from www.outdoortoysdirect.co.uk. The money has been taken from my account. I have yet to receive anything and my query emails have not been responded to yet. I have not yet been willing to wait in the 20 minutes estimated phone queue, but looks like I will have to.

    I ordered a trampoline from www.outdoortoysdirect.co.uk but at 4 o'clock the day before it was due to be delivered I received an e mail to say it was now out of stock. Decided to cancel as expected delivery was now 6 weeks but have now been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks. Many phone calls and e mails and letters but still no refund yet.

    Ordered an air hockey table from Outdoor Toys Direct last week. Was not given a delivery date - cannot get information. Waited almost 30 mins to speak to a seemingly unpleasant operator. Cancelled order formally as per their instructions. Nightmare. In my opinion, pay a little more and buy elsewhere.

    Do not use this company!
    I ordered a Little Tikes slide a month ago, e-mailed the company three times and received no response.
    Whilst waiting (for ages) on the phone I came across these reviews and decided to cancel the order. Have been told I need to now e-mail the cancellation through and after they have received the email it will then take a further two weeks for the money to be credited to my card!

    I orered a 10ft trampoline Tues 06/05/08 that was to be delivered within 2-5 workings days. The payment was taken Wed 07/05/08. The trampoline was still being sold online on Fri 09/05/08. Today I received an e-mail advising it was discontinued (their own product). Options are e-mail link to cancel order (this doesn't work on my pc and no idea when I would received refund) or phone sales line with 15-30 min wait.     I felt that these people give web trading a bad name. They were hopeless, seemed like nothing is in stock and when you try to complain you can't contact anyone

Outdoor Toys Direct has recently put in place a new management structure, including new, experienced customer support professionals, who are more than happy to help resolve any issues you may have regarding service.     I was trying to make the point to the contact centre agent at Outdoor Toys Direct that I wanted to register a complaint that the money for the item had been taken on the 4th June, but the item is still not with me by 4th September, and that nobody had even informed me that it was out of stock. Like some kind of automaton, she just kept repeating that she would pass it on to the relevant department and did not seem to recognise that the word complaint should (usually) ratchet things up a notch.. ...

    I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday from Outdoor Toys Direct. The website stated 7 day delivery. We received no email confirmation of our order and received nothing. I called the credit card company to see if the payment had been taken, which it had been (almost immediately). I then emailed Outdoor Toys Direct (or Keibertech) 5 times, with no reply.     I ordered a gas BBQ from Outdoor Toys Direct, in plenty of time for my daughters 18th Birthday. The website claims next day delivery if ordered before midday. I confirmed that there was plenty of items in stock, and that they would deliver the next day.
    So, I paid my money (£249.00), and I waited in the next day for delivery.

    When we ordered the climbing frame / swing set we were not told they were moving warehouse thus there may be a delay in delivery and secondly once they moved they did not tell us it was out of stock. After repeated calls and being held in a queue for >15 minutes all you get is "someone will call you back" or the phone number of the supplier which the supplier then advised us should not have been given to us.     I wish I had read the the comments of others before placing an order. I will never use this company again and, from my experience, would advise others to avoid this company.
