    Good Points: value for money, gorgeous items


    General comments: everytime i go to sunderland shopping centre its guarnteed that i will purchase clothing from bay trading.last week, i bought a pair of jeans from bay and they didint take off the secruity tag, so my fiancee had to remove it with plyers, luckily it caused no damage. i could not take them back as it's too far to travel.

    I was looking for a pure cotton dress in Bay Trading to take on holiday and saw a cotton dress which I liked although it had no sleeves I can wear it with a cardigan. Then I saw they had a size 6 so I bought it for my daughter! My daughter is going to cut the frill off hers. But the dress suits us both although I am 72!!!!

    Bay trading is excellent! i love all of the clothes and spend all my money in there (but i get 40% discount!! haha) the dresses are good for all occasions, and the jeans fit perfectly. the clothes are stylish but affordable, and usually look the same as those at Topshop and River Island but about £20 cheaper. the customer service is quality and the shop is nearly always clean and tidy. Bay is my favourite shop!

    I liked Bay Trading alot more when I was younger (14-18), I'd say it was aimed more at the age group, however, they do have the odd pieces that are excellent, I recently purchased a luminous strapless yellow dress, a near exact one was in River Island, but Bay had it 15pounds cheaper! And it is gorgeous. Jeans aren't very flattering, but they do have some very good 'floaty' summery tops and dresses.

    I love Bay and spend all my money in there. The quality is fantastic. I have bought dresses for all types of occasions and I buy a top almost every week. There was a sale recently and all tops were reduced to £3, trousers to £5 and dresses to £7 (bargain centre!). However, I don't mind paying £25 for a top and £45 for a dress. Its my style and i love it.
    The only problem I do have is I tried on a 10 (wrong hanger didn't look at tag) and realised it was the wrong s ...

    clean tidy store always easy to find what you're looking for or to browse staff are usually very helpful if you ask for help they will

    overall i like the shop the sales are good and its very fashionable

    I visit bay in stockton all the time and apart from one Scruffy member of staff the shop and rest of the staff are fantastic, The mangement team are always very helpfull with 1 deputy manager even providing a lady with a glass of water( not the service you get in most shops). Fantastic shop great clothes just let down by 1 chav behind the counter.

    Extremely good value-for-money, great up-to-date fashion, a good range of styles, I was very impressed with Bay Trading for affordable, stylish partywear and fun but practical daywear. I think it compares very favourably to many other high street stores at the moment.

    Bay Trading do have some really nice cloths there some lovely dresses and nice clothes 4 Christmas

    but over all i like the shop and always go in if im passing by

    I think that some of the clothing is lovely and really good value. If I'm honest I think some of it looks a bit cheap and tacky but you can find some really detailed and interesting clothing. The stores themselves are not anything special and I am often disappointed with the staff in every bay shop I have been to.

    I bought a top from Bay trading and when I got it home discovered the security tag had been left on and the same thing happened to my sister in the same shop a few years ago, when she returned to the shop the staff would not take it off because she had lost the receipt, I will be returning mine today with receipt!

    I give Bay Trading a 2 instead of a 0 simply for the clothes that it offers and the great sale they do however except from those two points I don't think there is much to the stores in terms of cleanliness and most of all service... In my experience, some staff can appear rude and extremely unhelpful and as far as I know service delivery is one of the most important things in retail which I feel Bay shops completely lack in!

    Overall I think this is a good shop but need to have better size ranges. I would recommened having a look inside as they have nice accessories, however in some stores I have noticed the customer service is not up to the standard I would say is good enough for this type of store, especially considering the prices of some of the items!

    I really love shopping at bay trading and would love to be able to buy online as it would be more convenient, overall GREAT shop, so come on get that online store up and running

    Bay Trading would be my ideal place to shop if they had online access to goods and revamped some of their shops to accommodate their growing customer base!

    Bay Tradng is a good little shop! I say little because all their shops arent that big!! you can get quite a few nice things in there at decent prices! they also sell Dolcis range shoes! nice jewelery too! Must go in when theres a sale!

    Whenever I am on the search for something, I know I will find what I'm looking for. I love the Bay Trading clothes shop.
    Also, I can ALWAYS get great flared jeans from there. I've had my Bay jeans for about a year now and only now have they started to fray, and even though they have, they were only around £20/£25 to start off with.

    Bay Trading has one of the best sales! I found a gorgeous vintage leather blazer for £15. Originally it was £49.99. I had to ask the cashier if it was really £15, in which she replied "yes". I had the bargain of the day! Oh yes, and the suits are great. However, I don't like the usual chav over-priced clothes, as they are not worth it.

    Great in the sale seasons.

    Decoration in the bay trading clothing shop is one the most positive points for me. But in my personal opinion the bay trading co went all frumpy. I used to love this clothing store, but it seems to have gone all frumpy!

    I though the staff at Bay Trading were very nice, and the shop overall was lovely! And a great bargain!

    I've been searching everywhere for a prom dress! Because I'm stupidly small with massive boobs and a rather small figure, it's ridiculous to try and find a dress! So I went to Debenhams, Warehouse, everywhere I could think of. I saw a dress in the window of Bay Trading and I actually liked it! So I went in to find the dress, but instead I found another one which was gorgeous! Trying it on, ...
