Good Points: garnier leaves the skin feeling really soft and hydrated even though it does have a smell to it, what tan doesn't?
Bad Points: however it can streak easily if you put your clothes on too quickly and get into bed, leave for at least half an hour before you put on your clothes. Be prepared for it to transfer onto your bedsheets as no tan ever seems as quick drying as they say on the bottle. If applied properly your skin will feel tacky for a good five hours after application. This is normal.
General comments: Some extra tips for Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion and all other tans: always wear gloves - latex ones are the best as they help to achieve a smooth finish to the surface of the skin. When doing legs, get into the light so that you can see how the actual liquid or lotion is settling on the skin. Holding the legs towards the light allows you to smooth out any uneven lines. On elbows and ankles apply the lotion normally and then wipe or gently rub with a towel to take off excess. wash the palms of your hands straight after but make sure you haven't forgot to tan the backs of your hands. When in bed try to lie on your back for the first hour and then place a cushion between your knees when turning onto your side to blot any patches so that they are less obvious. hope this helps

You have to go easy when applying around knees, ankles and elbows but it absorbs really fast and I could get dressed about 10 mintues after applying this product. It DOES NOT STAIN! as my bed sheets are white and they remained that colour. It did leave a smell on my clothes though but what lotion doesn't. Makes your skin ultra smooth and if you have spots or blemishes I found this actually made them fade.
When applying any fake tan though make sure you are well exfoliated and moisturised else ...

Garnier Summerbody Moisturising lotion is so great. I prefer the lighter one as you get a really good colour and it makes you look healthy. You can also get in a darker shade but I find the lighter one is fine. I used tanning gloves as I read a review stating it stains your fingers. It doesn't go patchy or streaks and I really like the smell. I am very fair skinned and now look healthy and glowing. I also really like the smell. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have tried so many ot ...

Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion is a very nice body cream with tan. Looks quite natural and lasted quite a long time. Definitely the best I've tried, I'm going to abandon using the regular fake tanning products and only use this for the foreseeable future.

I've been wanting to tan my body without going to a salon for it, and I didn't want to come out looking like a walking and talking orange. I wanted a light brown natural sunkissed tan look to show off in a bikini this summer on the beaches. I was searching Superdrug for some moisturiser, and I found myself looking at Garnier SummerBody Moisturising Lotion. It was on a special deal of 50% off, so I thought I'd give it a go. I got home from the shops and tried it immediately. I was a bit concerned ...

Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion smells lovely, easy to apply, and build colour quickly. Can go a little orange if used too much. Fantastic I love it!!!

Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion had good write ups and so I felt confident buying it. I was hoping to look healthy enough so as not to wear makeup for my daughters wedding in the south of France. The inital colouring looks good and the lotion goes on smooth, but I was horrified when my ivory suit had brown staining on the linings after only two hours, and my legs looked like I had brown stripes down my shins and blotches around my knees.
The inside of my arms were in patches after a lon ...

As you most likely know nearly every single girl out there is "plastic" - ie, orange, loads of makeup, dead skinny, I didn't exactly want to look like THAT, but I am pale naturally and I am naturally skinny and I do wear make up and seeing as its heading for the summer I thought a nice glow would really top it off. I tried Johnsons Holiday Skin first, which, with the first use, left me nice and golden on my stomach, but everywhere else was patchy, and my legs were completely the same except a ma ...

The product was easy to apply and didn't smell like fake tanner. It gave a good colour, but I find it can go orange sometimes. It is good for money and lasts ages because of the bottle sizes. They also do a face cream now as well which works brilliantly.

This is the only moisturiser with hint of tan that I have seen that comes in a easy to spray form like this. I use this every night before bed then wash off in the morning and I have a lovely golden colour.

Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion smelt delicious and fruity and didn't leave my skin stinking of tanning products. I always found that with my previous moisturiser I smelt like I have put fake tan on which sort of took the fun out of it supposedly looking natural!
The cream is thicker and therefore I think that it moisturises better and doesn't just give you a glow.
I found that it was easier to rub in, and didn't sink in to my skin straight away, which made it easier to make an even app ...

I've used Johnson's Holiday Skin and the Dove tanning moisturiser as well as this one, and this is my favourite so far. It's runny and easier to apply than the other two. It smelled nice, and the colour looked more natural and less orange. I've got fair skin, so if I'm using tanning moisturiser in winter when I don't have a natural tan, it can look a bit yellowy, but this one was much better. I didn't even bother exfoliating or moisturising before use, and there still wasn't any major streaking. ...

I love fake tans, and I have used quite a few in my time. When the new moisturiser/tans came out, I was intrigued to find out what they were like. Surely a moisturiser with a built-in tan seemed an easier option I thought. So I first tried the Johnson's Holiday Skin, which was a waste of money, as it took ages to build up a tan, and even then I looked jaundiced.
The product was really strange too, as I had strange rubbery bits coming off my skin as I was applying it. I then opted for the St T ...

I honestly recommend Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion to everybody!! It's easy to use... When you take a shower, you just treat your skin with this, and then wash your hands. (I washed my hands every time after I put this product on, and it doesn't color my palms).

The first thing I noticed was that this product smelt really nice! This was a lovely change after using Johnson's Holiday Skin.
The moisturizer itself was a nice runny consistency which made it really easy to apply (always allow it to absorb fully into your skin before getting dressed though, and wash your hands when you're done). It was good value for money too (plus mine was in a buy-one-get-one-free offer which was even better).
Having previously used Johnson's Holiday Skin, I think tha ...

I love Garnier Summerbody Moisturising Lotion! It is much better than all of the other summer body lotions out there! It does not make you go orange, and it lasts for ages. It is good value for money if you want to look golden brown and not orange!!
