    Bought this item for my son. Easy to order, good value and great delivery. HOWEVER, after putting it together ( a FULL day with two adults!) we cannot get it to steer! Have emailed company but will see what happens.....watch this space, I will let you know!

    Took my chance and ordered couple of RC models (and extras) online on 22nd December. Phoned me back immediately to tell me one of the models was out of stock, but offered me a replacement (which I originally wanted but was showing unavailable online). Items were dispatched via courier immediately, and they provided me with precise tracking details. Parcel was held up for a day due to bad weather in Scotland.

    Arrived morning of Christmas eve, fantastic.

    Saved about £80 compared to Mode ...

    I placed an Order to Wonderland Models on the 13/12/09 to date I have received no email and no contact from the company explaining where my item is!!!!!!!

    I have made several attempts to ring the company, but no one ever answers...So I have No Order, No explanation, and no more time to waste on this dispicable company, My Order will be cancelled by letter, and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!

    I placed my order on the website on 26 November, allowing plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. After two weeks of silence and still no delivery I telephoned them as was told that they were awaiting a delivery. Another week passed and still nothing so I called again to be told that they would deliver by the end of the week - still nothing. I called them again, for the final time, and after I demanded that they tell me when it would arrive or a cancel my order they finally confessed tha ...

    Ordered a number of items for my daughter 3 weeks before christmas . Only part of the order was dispatched initially with no e-mail about the availability of the remaining items . Attempted to contact them by e-mail with no response . Eventually telephoned . customer service was appalling . The caller would not confirm when and if the items would be sent and refused to take my telephone details in order that he could give me any update . Very disapoointing and frankly rude service .     Wish I'd seen the negative reviews before I ordered! I chose three items, with no warnings about availability, so thought they'd be with me soon. After two weeks of silence I had to call them for an update, to find one item was not in stock. Another three weeks of silence and I just had to phone them again! (Out-of-stock item now cancelled by me, as they'll clearly never get one in!) Lousy service. They're Wonderland Models because the customer is left Wondering if he'll ever get his Model ...

    had a problem locating a particular spare part on other websites,however i found it straight away on wonderland models. Ordered the part sunday afternoon, had an e mail early monday morning telling me the parts were dispatched and they arrived well packed on tuesday. I am extremely pleased and don`t think anyone could give a better service.

    Never been in the shop. Bought a 'le toy van' item because it was the cheapest I could find and most other sites had sold out. Excellent service, fast delivery. Very good experience. Wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Wonderland Models.

    I first started going to Wonderland Models when I was a child and now it is somewhere that I take my own children when I am visiting Edinburgh. The website is super and is kept up to date with all the latest releases so I know what to look out for when I am back in town. I place an order with them evry month or so and always marvel at how quickly it is delivered. Well done guys...keep it up!

    Now this is what I call a Wonderland! I have to drag my kids out after every visit. They love the huge selection of Schleich animals. Between my two girls they now have collected over 100. Wonderland have the full range in stock and can order any they have sold out of. This place really is every childs dream come true.
    They have loads of free catalogues to hand out as well.

    I have been dealing with Wonderland Models for years and have always found the staff to be friendly and informative. They have a great range of products and really offer something for most modelling interests.

    I was checking out a variety of websites for a radio control plane for my son who is 14 and I noticed that Wonderland Models stocked the full range of all the Hobbyzone and Parkzone planes. I was unsure which one to buy so I gave them a call and they recommended the Hobbyzone Super Cub as being suitable for a first time flyer.I noticed that their price for this plane was very competitive so I purchased it for my son using the next day delivery option.     I bought an Eflite Blade CX3 radio control helicopter and some spare parts from Wonderland Models last week. My son has been delighted with this new model and I can highly recommend Wonderland for both the speed of delivery (next day) and the after sales service. There was a small point in the instructions that we needed clarified and the mechanic there was very helpful in explaining a suitable remedy for our problem.

    Ordered a Le Toy Van Castle along with several Papo figures on Monday this week from Wonderland Models and they were promptly delivered the next day as requested. Very impressed with the speed on the service and quality of the products.Good website with easy navigation making purchasing easy.

    Will never place an order with Wonderland Models again - sent me the wrong item and have not processed a refund over the phone until the item was returned second class post so if the item was loss not only would I have the wrong item but would have to then chase Royal mail.

    This company's customer service is very poor. I placed an order which they said would be despatched within 48 hours, it took over 2 weeks (it was a christmas present so I was concerned it would not arrive on time. I had no email to explain why there was a delay. When I tried to ring up and chase no one answers the phone and when you have the option to be put through to other departments its just rings and rings and then you get cut off.

    Processed ordered incorrectly with only partial address. We had to re-arrange directly with courier for correct delivery and then the item was wrong. Posted it back at our own cost and they only credited us with 50%. Subsequent delivery was sent by standard Royal Mail to incomplete address (again), but good old postman recognised the name and sorted it out. Would not use them again. Didn't receive any response to emails and I was unable to speak to a manager about partial refund of delivery cost ...

    Wonderland Models sent wrong item. Arrived packed really badly and hence another figure was damaged. Sent email and have received no reply yet after two days.

    The worst internet shop I have used as I shop loads on the internet and I always receive the right product undamaged. Not this time.
