had a problem locating a particular spare part on other websites,however i found it straight away on wonderland models. Ordered the part sunday afternoon, had an e mail early monday morning telling me the parts were dispatched and they arrived well packed on tuesday. I am extremely pleased and don`t think anyone could give a better service.

Never been in the shop. Bought a 'le toy van' item because it was the cheapest I could find and most other sites had sold out. Excellent service, fast delivery. Very good experience. Wouldn't hesitate in buying again from Wonderland Models.

I first started going to Wonderland Models when I was a child and now it is somewhere that I take my own children when I am visiting Edinburgh. The website is super and is kept up to date with all the latest releases so I know what to look out for when I am back in town. I place an order with them evry month or so and always marvel at how quickly it is delivered. Well done guys...keep it up!

Now this is what I call a Wonderland! I have to drag my kids out after every visit. They love the huge selection of Schleich animals. Between my two girls they now have collected over 100. Wonderland have the full range in stock and can order any they have sold out of. This place really is every childs dream come true.
They have loads of free catalogues to hand out as well.

I was checking out a variety of websites for a radio control plane for my son who is 14 and I noticed that Wonderland Models stocked the full range of all the Hobbyzone and Parkzone planes. I bought an Eflite Blade CX3 radio control helicopter and some spare parts from Wonderland Models last week. My son has been delighted with this new model and I can highly recommend Wonderland for both the speed of delivery (next day) and the after sales service. There was a small point in the instructions that we needed clarified and the mechanic there was very helpful in explaining a suitable remedy for our problem.

Ordered a Le Toy Van Castle along with several Papo figures on Monday this week from Wonderland Models and they were promptly delivered the next day as requested. Very impressed with the speed on the service and quality of the products.Good website with easy navigation making purchasing easy.

Will never place an order with Wonderland Models again - sent me the wrong item and have not processed a refund over the phone until the item was returned second class post so if the item was loss not only would I have the wrong item but would have to then chase Royal mail.

This company's customer service is very poor. I placed an order which they said would be despatched within 48 hours, it took over 2 weeks (it was a christmas present so I was concerned it would not arrive on time. I had no email to explain why there was a delay. When I tried to ring up and chase no one answers the phone and when you have the option to be put through to other departments its just rings and rings and then you get cut off.

Processed ordered incorrectly with only partial address. We had to re-arrange directly with courier for correct delivery and then the item was wrong. Posted it back at our own cost and they only credited us with 50%. Subsequent delivery was sent by standard Royal Mail to incomplete address (again), but good old postman recognised the name and sorted it out. Would not use them again. Didn't receive any response to emails and I was unable to speak to a manager about partial refund of delivery cost ...

Wonderland Models sent wrong item. Arrived packed really badly and hence another figure was damaged. Sent email and have received no reply yet after two days.

The worst internet shop I have used as I shop loads on the internet and I always receive the right product undamaged. Not this time.

Renowned locally for their poor customer service, it was demonstrated directly to me when they refused to provide a full refund for items bought in error. Whilst they agreed the goods were in perfect resalable condition only a trade or voucher was offered. Though they maybe entitled to handle returns in this way I consider this to be very poor customer service.

Good competitive prices for scale model kits at Wonderland Models. Easy to use website with good search facility. Staff were very helpful and immediately informed me when one item was out of stock, I was happy to wait for it.

Great website and prompt service, response and delivery.
Even when I placed an order for an item that was out of stock I received an e-mail making me aware and giving me an estimated time of arrival.

Will definitely be using them when I upgrade to a Parkzone FW190 !

To Recap it is the constant communication once having placed an order that is so reassuring.

I sent and email to customer service at Wonderland Models and they couldn't tell me the cost of the model but could ship it for £9.00. Not once was I told the cost was in GBP instead of EUR, when I asked a direct question in an email.

Ordered on Wednesday and Wonderland Models delivered the next day just after lunch. Very competitive prices and an excellent selection.
