    Good Points: We loved the flat and would have stayed there longer if it wasn't so much trouble with the estate agent.

    General comments: A P Sales Estate Agency are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with in my 6 years of renting.I have never been ignored and have had as much trouble with anyone else. We had some leaks which took 4 months to fix , and the only way it was done is because I called day after day pushing to get someone to fix it. I have been blamed for being a "difficult tennant" by the estate agent because I wanted to fix things in the property ! The freezer was broken for the past 6 months of our tenancy and I emailed repeatedly about it but nothing was done. We finally had a house viewing for the next tennants and our estate agent mentioned nothing about the freezer. It is still not fixed I suppose. I have also been waiting for 2 months and have still not got my deposit back yet they refuse to call us "in dispute". I can only deduct they do this because of lack of evidence. We also had to move in a week later in January last year because they had not done the professional cleaning on the day we were meant to move it. I was not given new keys to the flat when the locks changed downstairs and had to get a copy made from a key we got from another estate agent which my friend worked for. I made SIX appointments with the estate agent to view the house after we moved out and They were ALL CANCELLED. I showed up twice and noone was there when they were meant to come and inbetween I received texts about traffic jams, weddings to go to and personal matters on why they were unable to meet me for the past two month. I am appalled and disgusted so I would advice noone to try and rent from them.

    When faced with a complaint, AP Sales Estate Agency argued the point, insisting that they were in the right. The staff lead us to believe that they were open when they were shut the whole bank holiday. They don't action requests made to them. They are the worst Estate Agency we have ever dealt with. They couldn't even get together a decent set of details and photographs.
