  Good Points: None

  Bad Points: Inefficient

  General comments: When faced with a complaint, AP Sales Estate Agency argued the point, insisting that they were in the right. The staff lead us to believe that they were open when they were shut the whole bank holiday. They don't action requests made to them. They are the worst Estate Agency we have ever dealt with. They couldn't even get together a decent set of details and photographs.
