Expensive product, but fantastic quality & a great service

Had my windows & doors replaced recently to go with my Everest conservatory which was installed a few years ago. With the exception of one broken sealed unit every thing has gone perfectly and the people have been a pleasure to do business with.

These windows out perform my old double glazing by a country mile, Looking forward to a cozy winter.

I have given Everest one star because I cant give less than that. They quoted a high price to start with and after three visits came down to an acceptable price (although it was still higher that my other quotes). I though I would "Fit Everest, Fit the Best". What a joke! When they finally arrived with the door, it was not the door I had ordered and I had to wait whilst they made another one (no special service given their mistake, no apology either). Eevntually, the second door arrived and ...

I worked for Everest the contract tells you that you work for them. You use your car your petrol your broadband and your mobile phone and they give you duff leads. They demand 250 door knocks and at the end of it 2 SGSP's Self Generated Service Plans. Your tasks are to market this business with very little retun for it.

    Everest are the licky bits

2 gezeers installed a new front door into my gaff a bargin at 70 grand. (Shame they were both Charlton fans, but guess we all 'ave our vises). They were happy though that i gave them a 6 pack of Becks each to drink whilst on site

Sales bloke turned up in an expensive flute and whistle and talked to much but got shot of him when 'Savage' my pet Ridgeback gave him the eye.

One thing - watch them dickswedes in the service centre. I asked them for a advice and after pu ...

Our installation started in June and now October still unfinished. We ordered 11 windows, 2 doors. To date only two have not had to be replaced or repaired. All windows seem to come delivered with scratches, chips in the frames, several windows the frames have split at the welds after installation. One window has been replaced three times. Brickwork outside ruined after expanding foam allowed to drip down wall. Patio slabs stained by product used to try and remove foam from wall, this cann ...

Our expensive Everest conservatory was the worst installation job I've ever encountered. The 3rd party builder Everst employed bodged the job from day 1, and Everest were not interested in providing any form of rectification, support or other help. In the end, the whole base was dug up and had to be re-layed. Since then - 'the best' glazig has had three leaks (Everest only prepared to fix using a ridiclous ammount of sealant. Altogether, would never use, recommend or even speak with the comp ...

i had everest replace 6 windows in my house, after having initially signing up just for one to see how the sevice, product, ect was. i also did the same with anglian. now altho everest were slightly more, it was a million times better in every aspect!!! the anglian sales man was a horrible fellow, who wouldnt leave untill i signed up for 1 window, which iwould have much more willingly done had he not been a complete joke! the product demonstration was ok, and the that was that, then the install ...

we had Everest to fit windows for us, they were measured wrong , so had to be re done. they are still no right now after 2 years. and the finance company they put us in touch with Barclay partner finance paid the money before the job was even started, this i think was breach of contract. but nothing can be done, even though they shouldnt have been paid until the job was completed. they are rubbish so is Everest. the sales men will tell you anything to get a sale. when they have your money you can ...

after 7 weeks from commencement my everest conservatory is still not finished, my neighbour who objected to it has had his fence taken down and my drive is covered by an enormous mountain of rubble. not good for a company who profess to be the best. don't employ everest unless you want a mountain of problems. before purchasing I would have liked a penalty clause on the amount of time taken.

The end product was excellent and the work completed in very good time. Everest customer services were always first class to deal with including the quick resolution of a couple of snags I had with the finished product.

Only concerns were the use of heavy discounting during the sales pitch which made it very difficult to know whether you were really getting a fair price (I do think companies like this need to realise that most people just want a fair price quoted in the first instance rather th ...

    Simple

Everest Windows products are excellent, the sales team are a pain in the ass.
We have purchased inspite of the sales rep, not because of his infuriating 1 1/2 hours of piffle

had Everest Windows round for a quote, 9 windows and 2 doors. starting price was £21,000 approx, which came down to £15,000. this was for getting them all done together etc, so fair enough. less than a week later the salesman calls me and tells me he can do them for £8200. having been in sales myself I asked how he could lower the price by £7000 in a week, and by £13000 altogether, was he trying to make an extra £7000 out of me a week ago? oh no, this is a NEW ...

Thankfully we never proceeded with the exortionately priced quotation that we received from everest windows. And eversince letting the salesman in our house we have been pestered over many months by telesales people who promise to strike off our name but as they are such idiots never manage this function. So we look forward to wasting more of their phone calls over the next few years!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!I never got off the starting block with Everest as they cancelled my appointment without informing me so I was left waiting for a sales person who never showed up. Following this I telephoned them 3 days running each time being told someone would call me back - they didn't.Who would use a company with such apauling customer service?

We had a quote from Everest to replace our single glazed windows for double glazing & a new front door. We have a 2 bedroom Victorian semi so his "amazing" "one-off" "won't get this deal again" quote AFTER discount of £25,000 quickly made us realise we wouldn't be using them. But he stayed. Until 10:30pm on a weekday. He'd arrived at 6 so we hadn't even eaten.
£4000 later from a local friendly company we're happy with our non everest windows. However we still get constant calls from ...

This is the letter i have sent to Everest and I received a letter saying it had been passed to their Customer Service Manager Oh good I thought progress but today I have received a letter from the original Branch Manager stating that if i don't pay in 7 days he will hand the claim to the Legal Team and that he doesn't think we deserve any compensation

I am discussed by their service

Everest Windows called offering a 40 % discount all seemed good.

when the sales person arrived he came early and complained that i didnt realise he was in the driveway,

when he came in he said that we were wasting each others time, saying that there was no point in improving the house ( i didnt think u can leave a 2 doors falling apart.) When i asked why he gave me a terrible excuse that i wouldnt want new doors if i had dogs in the house (surely they wouldnt be that bad quality). i then asked ...
