Good Points: Fast, easy-to-use, simple, friendly and very helpful staff, offer good trade-in credit, quick service
General comments: I used GioPod to trade in my old iPod Mini for credit towards a brand new iPod Video. They offered me great trade-in value, especially considering the Mini's battery was dead, and their service was easy to use and hassle free. They even provided free shipping both ways, and gave me a box, packaging material, and postage. I had a new iPod video in my hands in less than 10 days.
