I had the same issue with User Guides the other users pointed out. I bought a driver CD download 24 hours ago and every time I click on the link, I get the message "Due to excessive demand on our servers, your download is in a queue. Please come back in a few hours time. The normal waiting period is between 1 and 4 hours. If you have not managed to download your item in 48 hours, please contact customer services using the contact us button at the top of our homepage. Upon purchasing an .iso I was getting the same error about the server being busy. After reading reviews on the net I thought I was being scammed. I posted on their forums and three days later I was able to download what I purchased. The only reason I didn't score a 10 is it took 3 days to get what I ordered.

Lets be honest, the User Guides site offers something that is very annoying to do yourself. It's cheap and saves you from downloading and installing your computers drivers one by one.

User Guides constantly said that the server was too busy, try again. I tried different days/times with no success. I tried contacting Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support with no reply. I tried via the website and email with no response. I paid on 1/11. It is almost 2 weeks later and still can't download the item I paid for and still haven't received a response to the many inquiries.

Considering that I only spent 10 dollars on a CD I am very happy that I had somebody at www.user-guides.co.uk to help me even for things that were not related to what I bought. The support was better than Acer's own support. THANK YOU GUYS.

They were eager to accept my payment and send a receipt and order/shipping number but they have completely dropped the ball after they have my money. No response after 60 days and 5 e-mails is downright rotten to the core. They also claim to have a download option for the software they sell, but I have never been able to get it to work and they won't respond to my inquiries about THAT either.

I ordered a repair disk from User Guides approximately two months ago, and after repeated emails, they still have my money and I don't have anything.

I had a very sick Dell Inspiron 8200 after talking to some Indian (I have nothing against Indians) who was obviously in India due to the very bad echo and delay, so I gave up. I found the User Guides website www.user-guides.co.uk. I bought a diagnostic CD and a manual. All were sent by email. I COULDN'T BELEIVE THAT YOU CAN SEND CD'S BY EMAIL. Anyway I found it quite difficult to use (being a non-technical girl), so I emailed them expecting a reply in a few days. I had an immediate response, and ...
