Well i could not get my dic to work at all so i used the helpdesk (which was hard to find) but once there everythign was addressed for me right away. Within a few min i was given another bit of software (free) that found my missing drivers that the disc was lacking. I thought this was very imprerssive as muy machine was an emachies all in one touch creen PC! I had spent several hours looking for HP a 6213.fr XP, on the web, and didn't manage to find the matching drivers...
I paid and download but got a different version (a6200) which didn't work!
Then I was afraid of long mail exchanges with support dept, but they asked me within one hour (at eleven o'clock in France) to try (free) their automate.
I got my full solution, and I'm fully satisfied with their helpdesk and their product!

normally i might recommend user-guides but it took a month of e-mails to get the disk i ordered they do not respond to your e-mail it took several. they send your disk though royal mail which you cannot talk to a person or properly e-mail kind of a racket. user-guide sent me this disk with signature setup that means you have to be there when it arrives i think mine was sent back but i have no proof.anyway i finally got this disk it does not work as they say they did not send instructions on... I could not find their address and contact details on their website as i had to call them. Friendly staff answered my proplem no worries but here is there contact details that i found on yell in case anybody want them.. I DO RECCOMEND THIS COMPMNAY. My laptop was soooo broken.. bluie screen at start up and it had all my university work on it :( the data recovery worked a treat although i would say that the disk was light on instructions on how to use it. I would recommend the product to others. Unfortunately it didn't do a complete job for me, but the customer service was great. They quickly offered alternate solution at no extra cost. By then I had figured out my own solution and indicated that to the support team. They gave me a full refund without any questions. You don't get to see such good customer service these days, especially online! (read more)

I ordered my recovery CD for my IBM Thinkpad around 5PM in the evening and picked the option to have it sent by post,it was dispatched the very next day, unfortunaly the rubbish service from Royal Mail meant that my CD was lost, I waited at least two weeks to see if it arrived. When it didn't I e-mailed Customer Services and they replied within 24hrs and gave me the option to download my Disc, I downloaded the Disc and my laptop is working perfectly again. Well the data recovery worked but i still could not get my files becuase the hard drive was actually broke :( i dont think there is any way that it could be done. I could not get the hard drive to be seen on the data recovery but then again it was not making any noise. I dont know what to do now so i think i will have to get a new hard driver. The software did seem to work so i think it weas not their fault... maybe they should say if it cant fix a broken hard drive (read more)

All worked for me except one of the drivers kept causing an error. i think that would be more Dell problem than nimbus softwares problem. the downloader was a pain in the butt but did work. Overall i would buy from them again :) (read more)

I did not get my password but customer service answered me within about 5 mins. Logged in after that and downloaded my driver disk. the disk seemed to work okay but my sound STILL did not work, so i again contacted their helpdesk and talked to sombody called Tanya she sent me a program that fixed it. Well i assure you my review is genuine and i would talk to anybody who wants to comment on this companies service. I am an OEM system builder and i have purchased over 150 licenses for their disk builder system. I can absolutely recommend numus software. I have personally met one of the technicans when they approached me for a bulk purchase. I almost didn't buy because of reviews on this site. I was on the verge of giving up while trying to find Vista/Server 2008 drivers for my Dell Dimension 4600, and ending up buying a download from this site. The download process can be quite confusing, especially since you don't create the password that it requires you use to get the download. Hit "forgot password" and have it emailed to you. before purchasing the product i wanted to ask a question to confirm it had the drivers I needed. After an hour going round and around their web page I had to admit defeat.
You cannot contact them unless you have already spent your money. It is always a bit Sus if there is no address or tele number. On the basis of my experience I would rate them at Zero (0) if that were possible. I only wish I had read this site first.

Needed a manual for my ACER TRAVELMATE 230 laptop urgently.
Paid for a download but having received it, the Manual was not for my laptop and the Manual was useless.
Despite their undertaking to respond to emails within 24hours they do not.
3 emails later and a letter they have still not responded.
In my case it is not the cost but the principal.
I wonder how many other customers have been caught out by this company.
I am not letting this drop and have contacted Consumer Direct.

I found my way direct to this site without seeing previous reviews. Had I done so I doubt I would have used them, because 1.4/5 is awful. I had issues with my laptop power socket not making proper connection, no doubt due to wear and a non-hp replacement power plug. I needed to get into the laptop's innards. To buy recovery cd from this place is a vaste of your money.
Save your money, and search for the drivers you might need on the internet.
For 9.95 you only get a cd/dvd that hardly works. And the drivers was, in my case, not for my computer, even though I bought the cd/dvd that were supposed to be for my computer.
