Who do I contact about them not paying a hospital for treatment that they pre-authorized? I am now being sued for non-payment. As other reviews state, they lie and delay constantly - a very unethical company - but I do need help to find out how to make them pay. They are not denying the claim just not paying the hospital!

Try one of the Directors of HCI. I also managed to get him on the phone once (by calling the general line).

If you haven't already try speaking to their UK office directly, I have found them very helpful every time I need assistance!
