    cancelled my policy. didn't get a cancellation scedule as promised despite them saying they sent it!!!twice!!! now i'm trying to get back the £300 or so pound they owe me after paying upfront!!! been two weeks now!!! hard to communicate through email alone. seemed like a good idea taking out the policy at the time, but i wish i had gone elsewhere!!!

    i am actually giving e-van 0/5 but have to manditory click on 1 at least on this website??????????????????????????

    Mirrors the last reviews really. Cancelled my policy without good warning as posted recorded delivery re no claims discount. Can't contact them unless emailing and can take couple days before any response. £1.00 min premium rate helpline!!!!!

    I think Evan Insurance are the worst insurance company ever!!!

    trying to change innsurance with Evan Insurance on to a new van van not exactly on their drop down list its a transporte t28 pv 102 ps its now 60 hrs since i started still dont now wheter i have innsurance or not emails take a min of 48 hrs to answer then another 48hrs and so on .will definately not be innsuring with them again.

    It's impossible to cancel your policy with Evan Insurance, to contact them by phone is also impossible they tell you it costs a pound a min then make you hold.

    Evan Insurance is a terrible company, they try to increase the premiun after you have signed up

    Evan Insurance has very poor customer service, prices look competitive but there are better insurers out there. You can't even ring them if you have a query as they are a premium rate number and they charge you £75 cancellation fee even if you are in your 14 day cooling off period.

    Don't do it, find someone else, anybody, Evan Insurance let me down badly when my van was broken into.
