    Good Points: It can be used on new plaster, wood, metal and tiles; almost any surface. It sticks like anything. It covers a multitude of sins, and it is water based, so it dries quickly.


    Bad Points: It's a little pricey as it's imported from the USA.


    General comments: Two coats of Zinsser Bulls Eye Primer-Sealer Stain Killer on any surface, and over-painting with any top coat becomes a pleasure.
