    I have ordered 2 bottles of Move Free Advanced from Vitasunn on 4Nov and am still waiting for it after the specified 8 working days limit. I have emailed and phoned the customer services but to no avail. Neither have they ever phoned me back nor replying my email. I strongly advise people do not order stuff from Vitasunn.

    Warning!

    Ongoing security problems. Two days after purchasing from vitasunn several fraudulent charges started to appear on my credit card.

    Customer service assured me that there was no connection but the connection was quite obvious.

    Later on I saw the previous entry from 25th of September. It seems I am not the only one ...

    I'm not sure what NFrance01 is talking about... Maybe they just don't understand that many of the products Vitasunn sells, like melatonin for example, are very tricky to deliver to us in the UK.
    --Let alone to the mainland!

    I bought Libiduc from Vitasunn and got my product in two days!

    If you buy a tough product to deliver like Pro-Gest progesterone cream from Vitasunn you have your package in a week or less.

    The product finally arrived a full 8 days after I'd ordered it. This was within the rather generous timeframe that VItasunn give themselves of 7 working days but I still feel this was quite slow. I realise that the delay could be down to the post office, but I can't tell because I had no way of tracking the package.

    I appreciated that an effort had been made to reduce costs on packaging by removing the tubes of cream from their boxes, folding the boxes flat and then shrink-wrapping the lot. How ...

    Good products which have been very helpful to my health. Great customer interface. prompt delivery and concern for the customer. Knowledge of products, customer support, timeliness of delivery, and concern for the person being helped.

Also, the Vitasunn products are of high quality and come from a reputable lab. I am very pleased with the service and responses that I receive to all my inquiries.

    I ordered some supplements for prostate health and found a wide variety of helpful products. They were shipped in a timely manner and were very discrete and confidential in the way they got my items to me. If I had any questions, they responded and were well informed.

    Vitasunn is my new vitamin store. After I spoke to them on the phone I was convinced they really care and take pride in excellent service. Prices are good. Delivery was on time, and I liked being able to make suggestions for future products.
