I ordered some supplements from vitasunn on 7th april and by 22nd still havent received them. I have rung their customer services at least 5 times-there is no customer service just an answer machine and to date have not had a reply. I have sent at least 10 emails but no reply again! I have now ordered the same goods from Biovea who for the same p&p as vitasunn will deliver via UPS with online tracking within less time. Despite taking about a month to arrive, I did eventually receive my order. Like other people I got a bit worried when their phone numbers didn't seem to work, but when I emailed them, they responded quickly and assured me that everything was fine. I would recommend them to a friend. You have to be willing to wait a while, but they do deliver the goods eventually. (read more)

Bought some products from the this website. After some research I found out that one of the products would not really be appropriate for me in particular to take. This was quite soon after the order was placed so I tried to contact the company to to cancel (or change that part of the order for something else) before it was shipped out. It has been over 21 days since I paid with Paypal for my order of Melatonin.I did not receive a confirmation email at the time of ordering.I emailed Vitasunn many times through my email accounts and their website contact page but did not get a reply.I then contacted them again through Paypal and still no reply so I have had no other option but to escalate to a claim through Paypals resolution centre. Continually chasing an order you only get an answer phone and no calls are returned. Is there anybody there????? Now I 've read all the other similar reviews complaining of exactly this. There is general agreement, frustrating and disrespectful. My advice, stay well away, they do not deserve to be in business.... if that is what this could be called. (read more)

Having ordered a product over two weeks ago, I am very disappointed to say that I have not as yet received it despite the money being taken from my account immediately. I have tried to contact them, but as yet I have been unable to speak to anyone and noone has replied to my e-mails. Have ordered from Vitasunn on many occasions. In the past their service was reasonably good, but what happened recently has chnaged my opinion. I set up a repeat order for my wife for some cream. The repeat order didn't work and the cream was never received. Then they told me they had sent the cream out and there would be no charge. I ordered my vitamins from Vitasunn as they advertise themselves as 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I complained as I hadn't received my items within the time stated. Before I got any reply I had to leave numerous telephone/email messages asking for a tracking number and simple explanation as to the whereabouts of my order. I ordered a couple of products from this company on the 5th May. The order claims to be despatched, but has still not arrived by the 10th May. I tried ringing on the free phone number and got through to a cab company, I rang twice in case I had mis-dilaled. I did get an E-Mail from them saying that one productt is on its way, and that products take 4-7 working days. The other product was not in stock. I note that the web site is down today, ( this could be unconnected, or a bad sign) I will keep you posted.

I ordered a product more than a week ago, and the item has not arrived. the website says on the front page "Fast dispatch" which is so untrue! The "Unbeatable Customer Service" is actually true in them being the worst and indeed unbeatable Customer Service. I spend £10k on online shopping and this company is the worst i have ever encountered! So far the experience with the company is horrible - Left 3 voicemails, sent 4 e-mails to the company and no response! (read more)

I wish I had read the above review before placing an order with them. I have sunmitted ab order, on the 5th May. I tried to ring them on the free-phone number, and got through to a taxi company. I rang on the 0121 number, and all I get is an answerphone message. I am wondering if I have been conned and if I will get my money back ? Or the products ? I am also wondering if the products themselves are legitimate ?

I have purchased from Vitasunn twice, both times I received my products in good time and they sent exactly what I ordered. One delivery was in the UK and the other in Spain. I would most certainly use them again. I have purchased Melatonin Liquid to help with sleep problems and it really works. I take half the standard dose as I am small but it really helps me sleep and I don't feel groggy in the morning. I have recommended it to several of my friends. (read more)

The Vitasunn provides an easy access to the products which you can't buy in any shop here in the UK because of the 'regulations'. Vitasunn sells good products at good prices. I am very happy with the Dhea I bought. You have to allow them 2 or 3 weeks for delivery to mainland Europe (Germany) as the stuff comes from USA via England. Anyway, the letter arrives 100 percent. I have bought from vitasunn before and was happy with them. It is difficult to know whether or not to trust places selling suppliments so I did a lot of research before choosing this site. My brother also regularly buys from them and the prices are very good. I think some or all products are imported (?) so sometimes postage takes longer than other shops but that's OK if you aren't in a hurry. I think my last order took 10 working days. Don't know what the fuss is about... Vitasunn charged a fair price for a superior product that I can't buy over the counter, they responded to my questions (via email) in a day or less, and I received my items within the stated delivery period of 4-7 days.
That's exactly what I expect from an online vitamin store:)
Not sure what all the whiners below were on about.
I can't believe the weirdness surrounding the reviews of these vitamin/supplement websites!

I had a problem with a delivery of Strivectin anti wrinkle cream - due to the christmas post. Vitasunn offered to refund the full amount without equivocation and issued a credit note. The next day the goods arrived in the mail!!
I let them know immediately to cancel the credit note,but they insisted on sending a small refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the delay (not their fault) in receiving the product.
They responded promptly to my initial complaint and dealt with it efficiently...

I ordered some melantonin, to be shipped to new zealand. Melantonin is only available by prescription here , but 4 times the price. so i hoped that it would get through customs. It did. The pills were vaccum packed flat in a cardboard sleeve. On the package it said cd/dvd. brilliant !!!!!!!!

The product finally arrived a full 8 days after I'd ordered it. This was within the rather generous timeframe that VItasunn give themselves of 7 working days but I still feel this was quite slow. I realise that the delay could be down to the post office, but I can't tell because I had no way of tracking the package.
I appreciated that an effort had been made to reduce costs on packaging by removing the tubes of cream from their boxes, folding the boxes flat and then shrink-wrapping the lot....

The UK Vitasunn operation seems to be a drop-ship business run from a private house in Cambridge. There are probably no teams of customer support manning phones and computers, just a one or two university students who have found a way of making money at the least cost to themselves! Just shows what a fancy website can do for you!

UPDATE ..... Well, I have now received my product but I don't know how to amend the reviews you have done on this website so I am leaving this comment. The products arrived posted from the US. I would still only give the company 1 star as they did not send an acknowledgement email to say they had received my order or an email to say that the goods had been shipped. I could not change my order, even though I contacted them very quickly to do so. This was due to not being able to contact them. Messages left on the 0800 number were not returned and emails were not replied to either. They have apparent "testimonials" on their website bragging that people were dealt with quickly and even orders amended if needed. I am very disappointed as I really wanted to change the order and tried to do this almost straight away!! but the only acknowledgement I had from this company in any way, shape or form was when I received the products thru the mail. It was all very worrying and caused a lot of very unnecessary stress on my part thinking that I had just given my card details to a bogus site, calls to the bank etc etc and now I have some product that I don't want. (I have not used the products yet by the way.) I see on on other review sites Vitasunn have responded to some customers who've made complaints and offered refunds etc but I had absolutely no contact whatsoever which makes me very cross.
