Very easy to set up, friendly helpful staff but I like best that you can do the majority of it online. Excellent incentives for children to save up, good rate of interest, min a very well known bank. Couldn't ask for more!

Filled in the forms enclosed supporting documents specified to their list. Two weeks later they were returned with the letter that the documents I sent were unacceptable and I had to go into the branch and bring along my passport or driving licence to be photocopied which was NEVER mentioned in the original letter and request for supporting documents. Spoke to the customer services, they couldn't find the file and promised to ring back asap, still waiting.......

Its a good account for children as they can only get the money they have in the account. Although it is hard too get on natwest site and a lot of forms to fill out once i managed to get on the site.

Despite taking original documents into a branch and having them photocopy it and send the application via internal post the application form was returned to me with a request for the original to be sent. After doing as requested they have now lost my sons NHS medical card and a £100 cheque that was to open the account. After contacting customer services and speaking to the person who sent out the letter requesting the original I find that he has no record of the letter sent, he also ackno ...

The account is great for young people. I have one and it is easy to use and it was easy to set up. It helps you save your money. The staff that Natwest have employed are very nice and help you when you need help.

The account is very good and it only took five minutes to set up. I think every young person should get one of these accounts. You cant go overdrawn so there is nothing to worry about.
